The service is always amazing at BURN.I love th4 live music, the bartenders, the cool ssa doorman, the cigars, the parking, ambiance, room, space, sexyness, etc.

Burn is still a nice place to go but not as nice as it once was. While I can appreciate the new, more relaxed approach, it definitely takes away from the original ethos. It definitely doesn't give off the once elite, swanky, mysterious cigar vibes it once provided. Service is still nice and kind, drinks are still good, the vibes are still fun, and of course I still continue to go. Lol

Whiskey sour!!! A little tart for my liking but it did its job. The wait staff was great and helpful. The ambiance is beautiful and has great photo opportunities. This was my first time there and I'm glad we went!!

This place is fun. I have been here several time to meet with friends or family and catch up. It is a cigar lounge so if you don't mind the smell of a cigar or if you like to smoke one this is the place for you. The ventilation is good and there is a patio outside. The music laid-back .The old-fashioned was good. I also tried their egg white whiskey sour. The waitress and the staff there are really nice very attentive.

Premium cigars and drinks in a high end luxury setting. Great selection of cigars, great top shelf liquors. Amanda is the bomb!! Attentive, talkative, super sweet server! If you're looking for a place to take the boys, or the girls for a night out or a night cap, highly recommend Burn!!

I work nearby and decided to stop by post-meeting with some colleagues. Burn is an appealing space; lots of room for small groups to gather in comfortable seating. Make no mistake about what this place is: it's a cigar bar. It's well-lit, comfortable, and clean, but it is a cigar bar. It smells like smoke, and you will too after you leave.I wasn't partaking in the cigar smoking, so I didn't examine their humidor closely. However, they appeared to have an extensive selection of cigars, and I've been told their choices extend beyond Rocky Patel-associated brands.We sat near the bar, and Persia the bartender took our drink order. We were pretty straightforward, so it didn't take long for our drinks to arrive. Everything was spot on, well-executed, and a good value (albeit not cheap).We were there around 4PM on a Thursday, and there were several groups seated along with a few patrons at the bar. Persia appeared to be the only serviceperson on duty (although it looked like someone else arrived between 4:30/5PM), so you might have to wait a bit. To me, that shouldn't be a problem. Cigar bars are not the places to expect rapid service. They're relaxed and chill, and that's what you should expect. Cigars are premium products, and everything around the smoking experience should be premium as well. Burn delivers that in spades. I'll be interested to stop by at different times, but I'll definitely return.

I don't smoke cigars, so I'll only comment on drinks and ambience, though my party did seem to enjoy the selection of cigars.Our party of nine was given a semi-private room upstairs, which was a definite plus. Seating was great, with pretty comfortable chairs with pillows and such. Service was also good with the servers checking on us every 15 minutes or so over a 3-4 hour period.The drinks seemed semi-pricey, though not to the point where it was abnormal. My only complaint about that was my first 3-4 drinks were doubles (vodka) and I barely felt them. Not an exact science of course, but that would mean I had 6-8 shots of vodka. I think this was the only time in my entire history of alcoholism that I barely felt "6-8" shots, so I'm wondering if my order was misconstrued and I was given singles, while paying for doubles. At this point in the night, I got suspicious and switched to shots that I could visually verify were indeed shots, which seemed to be decently sized and definitely started feeling them. By the end of the night, I had 12 shots, which would normally obliterate me, but I wasn't overly drunk and didn't have a hangover the next day. Again, not an exact science here, but it makes me suspicious if I actually received the 12 shots I paid for. As someone who has drank vodka for 18 years, I'm pretty sure I've never been able to take "12" shots and still walk and talk like normal. Take that as you will.Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Nice place with great patio (if you prefer smoking outside). Bar was very nice. A bit pricey but I think it's worth it. Great location. Cheers!

As something different and btw had never been to one prior to this one... The whole feel of Burn is a grownup can just sit back have a nice cocktail and cigar and if lucky be served by Sequoyah ( hope spelled correctly.... She has a smile for you at all times and than sit back in one of the lounge chairs have a conversation and we'll ventilated by the way.... Don't know manager name just describe him as the long haired guy in the suit... He gives his staff Awesome support and than of course the Cigar store itself is watched over by one of the nicest ladies you will ever wanna meet... See ya soon.....

Great relaxing atmosphere. I don't smoke cigars but I do love the live music! Check them out.
