Burger King - Elk City

Burgers were cold, fries were not fresh and only warm. Chicken sandwich was soggy. Sad

Went in on a Sunday around 4pm the lobby had two other people sitting at tables . Walked up to the counter and see 3 workers standing at the back door smoking and talking . The old lady looked at us like aw shit we have to actually do something and turned back to the other 2 and kept on talking. My husband and I never eat here and wanted to be bad . The one that was smoking flicked her cigarette butt out the door and came straight to the register..DIDN'T WASH HER F'N HANDS !! So we bounced ! She looked like she was in shock .. Do better Elkcity people who are traveling through want Better customer awareness.. won't be back

Hot food served as quickly as they can. This place has come a long way improving. The management really cares about making sure everything is right. Mistakes are corrected with a smile now.

Horrible evening management! Burgers were cold with burnt dry meat & buns were hard. We returned the food & got told our money wouldn't be refunded but they would redo the order. We declined. It was that bad! Plus the rude hateful manager made it totally clear HE WAS IN CHARGE. He even made excuses that didn't make sense. It just wasn't worth the hassle. Everytime we've tried to dine in, 4 times total, they were always out of items & wouldn't substitute for advertised combo meals. Yet they were going to charge the same price. We're not stupid. That was the daytime managers decision. My entire family doesn't eat at Elk City Burger King. We have a very large family. We chose to go places where we're treated respectfully, serves delicious hot food & doesn't try to over charge. Worst Burger King in Oklahoma award goes to this location! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go to Wendy's!
