This was a great purchase Sarah was very knowledgeable of the spa we purchased. The delivery was great the guys were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Bull Frog spas to others.

It took a while to get our Bullfrog Hot tub but it's made in the USA and it was during Covid. We've now owned it for over a year and we've been very happy with it. Haven't noticed a big difference in the electric bill and it's made well. Bullfrog spas have much less plumbing than other spas. I'm glad we waited patiently to get it. The office now sells other brands but if you're in the market for a new hot tub, I'd definitely buy another Bullfrog. The Frog Ease system for your water maintenance is very easy to use and no chlorine smell. The system is non drying to your skin and with my sensitive skin, I've had no problems. You can use this system with other brand hot tubs. The reason for the 4 stars is I do believe this office could do better with servicing their customers. When you purchase something this costly, a few check up calls would be nice!

Do not order from this company. I ordered my hot tub last year 2020 and I still have not received my hot tub. They will tell you that they are behind and it's coming OVER and OVER! There projected timelines are 100% false and they know it before they tell it to you. The main office will tell you the exact same stories as if they have all been prepped what to say. You have to put half down up front and then you just wait. Take my advice and find another place! Save yourself the trouble it's not worth it.

We went shopping for tubs about 10 days ago. We found several salespeople who were not really intrested. Perhaps that was because we needed a tub that was no wider than 6'8" . Most retailers didn't have one. Most didn't really seem to care about checking to see if their manufacturers made one. They did not seem to want to do anything for us. Then we found Bullfrog Spas of Oklahoma city. There we were shown that their spas had a different type of plumbing philosophy. Fewer water lines means fewer problems. Also Bullfrog has an amazing warantee. The Oklahoma City store did not have a spa in stock that we could use, but their Moore Store did. We drove to Moore and found out spa!!! These people were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our spa was delivered about 3 days later. Now the delivery was not an easy one. They you guys were up beat and did not mind that they had to they had to move the tub about 300 feet in grass and up over two steps. The clearance to get the tub through the doorway caused them considerable concer. There was less than a quarter inch of clearance. It took several attempts to get the tub exactly square with the doorway,but they finally made it. These guys never complained, and were very concerned about causing damage to the tub. Great job Bullfrog. Can't wait to get the electricity hooked up and the water wamed. Thanks Bullfrog!!!
