Bryant Place

I just recently signed a lease at Bryant Place and it was the smoothest experience ever. I have had bad experiences with apartment complexes in the past, so it being so easy and painless was refreshing. Also, the office staff is SO awesome. I did not have any roommates that I was coming in with so it was up to them to match me with roommates. The people I ended up getting matched with are awesome. I honestly don't think I could have picked better ones for myself. I am so happy I found this place!

They fix nothing here and have been messing me and my brother over for the past two years. They are lazy and unprofessional I advise if you need somewhere to stay go under a bridge it's way better.

IT S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE TEARS AND FRUSTRATION.1 STAR IS TOO MANY.After 22 months of renting from this company, I have received 2 junkie roommates who have resulted in the theft of appx $2000 of property, roughly 4 months rent. These damages were not covered by the optional insurance. There is a clause in the lease that forbids early termination, be wary of this as it is a rather shady way of handling business, no escape clause is provided.Expect your requests for maintanence to go ignored for weeks on end. The care is non-existent. This is a venomous and dangerous cOmmunity where nothing is considered sacred and nothing is safe. Beware this company.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! Aside fromThe many problems I encountered upon moving in ... The office staff are not helpful and when you come to them about a problem they simply act as if as well as show that they really don't care! I've had several problems with my roommate from her breaking into my room when I'm not home to her breaking her lease and allowing several friends to live here as well as blatantly trashing our apartment. I informed the office of the things going on and they simply said they don't get involved. My experience at Bryant place has not been good whatsoever. When I moved in they advertised the computer lab as a great tool for college students yet the printer has not worked since I moved in in August, it is now February. Also, Anytime you need maintenance to help they show up a week or so later! It's just not worth it. If you're going to pay around $550 a month(that's my rent) then you're better off staying in a cheap studio apartment. Just any where but here!

I'll try and keep this short. They did NOT thoroughly clean before we moved in. The already furnished bedroom had pubic hair in the dresser. The carpets turn feet black. A/C and fridge have both broken, and you have no idea how soon maintenance will come. Most of the maintenence workers don't know wha they are doing either. The walls are so thin you hear people outside and upstairs. The front desk help hardly know what they are doing, and the mail is so slow. They assigned a new roommate into our vacant room WITHOUT informing us. We have had things stolen TWICE. The bedroom doors are supposed to lock but are easily broken into. Someone was arrested right outside my window last night. Especially with the warm weather now, there are bugs everywhere!! Spiders, roly polies, and a few roaches.

charged $110 to clean dust off a fan and a toilet after i had moved out a month prior before and they said my apartment looked good. constant useless office staff, constant issues of girls bringing their boyfriends to long term stays adding to expenses and not getting addressed. don't live here.

Do not rent here. A new company came in and took over. They rebranded and made it look a lot nicer. However, looks can be misleading. They are constantly hiring new managers and higher up people. The front desk people are no help because they have to report to the higher ups who are never in office. Always gone or "out of town". I am owed a refund from March, which they said would take 30-45 days to process and receive the refund. I called this week and they didn't have my refund on my file. Never got processed or approved because they have a new finance person. They are unorganized and will do nothing to fix the issues. I'm glad I got out of my lease and will never rent with them again. Hopefully I'll get my check in 30-45 days after the finance person is back in office from his trip!

Staff is extremely unprofessional, after I transferred my lease they were not helpful in the process whatsoever. Staff lied on multiple occasions about my final bill statement and kept making excuses on why it wasn't sent yet. Overall, avoid living here if possible but for UCO students it is extremely convenient and has a good location.

I lived there for a year and some change, like most of the other reviews at 1 star, they hit the nail on the head. Roaches everywhere, maintenance sucks I called maintenance about 4 times to fix the dishwasher. Before I moved in I asked what the first payment was. 450 they said it would be, ended up being 680 for move in. I was at a point where all my paycheck went into 1 month. They dont care about you they only care about that extra money they can squeeze out of you. You don't know who your going to get to disturb your sleep, or attempt to break in. This place is a 0 out 5. Also those 5 star ratings are through coercion if you dont rate 5 stars, you will not get this gift. These appartment are trash find somewhere better.

I lived at Bryant Place my freshman year of college. I made so many friends and memories just through Bryant Place alone. They always have events so you can get to know everyone in your community, which is really nice. I became really close friends with all of my roommates and we still remain very close to this day. I recommend Bryant Place to all of my friends, it's a great place to live and everyone that works there are very helpful and nice!!
