The breezeway lights have been out since before Christmas. Had to call code compliance for them to even fix them. They get a decent manager here and then run her down and yell and scream at her until she leaves. The pool wasn't open last summer at all, no one ever answers the phone and when they do, they are rude. The windows all leak and the majority dont have screens. Roof tiles are hanging off the sides of buildings. No laundry room facility available. Our front door, we have to slam it to get it to stay shut and then the neighbors complain. Master bedroom door doesn't close properly. The tub leaks. Floors are uneven so you can't even level appliances. No overhead light in living room. When we looked at apartment, we was told carpet had just been professionally cleaned, it smelled like urine....i had to shampoo it numerous times to get the smell out. Yeah, it is close to everything. Good location, but i will be moving as soon as i can.

Exactly what the previous reveiwer said. You have to call and call and call to get these people to fix things and they still don't solve the problem. Sewage is running out in the parking area and into the local businesses drains. Our toilet hasn't worked for over a month now. Same for the whole building we live in...nobody has a working toilet. I've had to go to local businesses to do "my business". We've told them about the toilet we have in our bathroom leaking sewage at our feet but they keep telling us they will replace it and they have a new toilet...and nothing, months later. The management even blamed their maintenance saying he says nothing is wrong with it so I will have to get someone else in to install the new one. Still have a nasty leaking toilet. I sent in pictures of the sewer water I step in when I use the toilet...still nothing. They basically thanked us for our patience of not having a working toilet for over a month and they are trying to get it fixed and it is "out of their control" therefore we can't have any monetary concession on our rent or move out without paying an early move out penalty. Sorry, you just have to live without a toilet...but thanks for your patience. We've been more than patient. This is ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Spend the extra few dollars to have a working toilet. It'll be worth it. 2/14/2018-current resident waiting to get out of the slums

Bryant Grove management changes every 6 months and the next one is always worse than the last! The current staff is rude disrespectful and argumentative. Currently at these apartments, there is not any street lights for safe parking and no lights in between the buildings. There is NO laundry room on site, they closed it over 3 months ago after repeated vandalism. There is trash and dog poop everywhere. There "pool" is disgusting and no safe places for children. Don't be manipulated into a lease agreement with these slumlords!

"Slumlord" is not a word I say lightly, neither is "corrupt" but both apply here. I'll be attaching pictures and video. Use those as your tl;dr.Our hall developed a leak in early June 2017. It took weeks for someone to come out, and by then, the leak had soaked the carpeting. The workers kept giving up. Eventually, we said the carpet had been soaked for weeks, and we were concerned about mold.Their response was to rip up the carpet down our hall, leaving the bare, concrete subfloor. Our place was Atlantis, except crappy. Our furniture was ruined. Soon pipes began backing up into our sinks. But it wasn't water, oh no, that's not gross enough. The sink vomited our neighbors' garbage disposal remains. Using the sink was impossible: you never knew when it would retch old spaghetti noodles and potato peels.Maintenance gouged holes in our walls and tore out cabinetry to find the leak. The apartment was uninhabitable. We stayed with my mom a lot, and begged the landlord to move us.They made us live in Crappy Atlantis for months. From June to late September. Finally, they had a new apartment. But the landlord moved us quickly, so they hadn't cleaned this apartment thoroughly. This meant stained carpet, a rotten cabinet, sinks with no hot water, and a toilet that leaks. But hey! As long as we didn't flush the toilet in the 2nd bathroom, we had a dry place! After attempts to get these issues fixed, we gave up. This apartment was good enough after the previous nightmare.Later, we were set to move across the country. We did everything required, including move-out approval and scheduled inspection. On the move-out day, though, no one came for inspection. Hours later, my husband went to the office and the worker said no inspection was scheduled for that day, and she didn't know how to conduct one. My husband asked what to do, and the worker told him to just leave.By the way, in the haste to move into Non-Atlantis, this second apartment never had a move-IN inspection. They don't have a legal leg to stand on about keeping any portion of our deposit, which was $550.Once we settled in our new place, a month passed and no word about our deposit. Were they keeping it? Returning it? It was a mystery! We were assured they would "look into it." Since we live states away now, we couldn't stop by the office, so we called and emailed repeatedly. "We'll look into it." This is the answer we've received from both the old and new management companies.I've seen reviews where someone's deposit wasn't returned, and that made me read with a grain of salt. And maybe that's what you're thinking--but the truth is much weirder than that. Not only have we not gotten our deposit back, Bryant Grove has no idea where it went. The confusion was explained as the company was under new management, and they weren't sure who should pay the deposit--the old company, or the new. Except I'm not stupid, and that's not how deposits work. In Oklahoma, all deposits must be placed in a neutral escrow account and can't be touched by the company. This escrow account is transferred to the purchasing company. Returned deposits don't come out of someone's pocket; they come from a financial account specifically set aside.See: Oklahoma Statutes Title 41.§41-115.The fact that no one can "find" financial record of our deposit (despite having record of it from our lease) says there's something illegal going on. That's what I meant by "corrupt."Is the old management company corrupt, or the new? I can't say. I've seen responses to reviews, that they want to change their reputation. Then put your money where your mouth is. If the landlord dislikes titles such as "slumlord" or "corrupt" or "Queen of Crappy Atlantis," then do the right thing and return the deposit that is rightfully ours. If they won't, I guess they're fine with being called those things and with possible jail time as dictated by Oklahoma law.If we receive our deposit, I'll revise this review to reflect that.

I just moved in last month and can not say enough good things about my new apartment. I just moved here from Texas and needed something quick. The girls in the office quickly got me approved and I was able to move out of my hotel which saved me quite a bit of money.I love this place and will gladly recommend it to anyone. Actually my best friend is moving here next month!!

The website advertises pool and on site laundry to this day.Renter beware of false advertising.Pool has not operated last 2 summers, even after we tried coded access it keeps being vandalised. No on site laundry since December 2018.Tenants told due first to upgrades like off site security cameras but letter to the ants in past said people not doing laundry were using electricity.Management tried coded access ,but some tenants gave out code so now laundry is closed indefinitely until further notice and you have to pay wastewater to Apts and also the City of Edmond-- wastewater listed on Edmond Electric so being charged by city and complex=?? Umm NO double billing issue.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Nothing works, they don't fix it right so continuously breaks down. Maintenance guy or lack of YouTubed a video on how to fix a heater. Seriously the worst place I have ever lived in. Trashy, lawn care doesn't exist. It's gross and keep your children away from this hell hole. Section 8 is better than this place!
