I got the opportunity to watch the Browns heavy wrecker work winch out down here in Asher tonight on a tree trimming truck that looked like it was about to roll at any point on the side of a hill. The driver was confident, careful and precise in his instruction on what he needed. He was able to winch the truck out with out any issues. The wrecker driver has me sold on this company by his great attitude and knowledge of the job. Any time I need any type of road side assistance I know who I am going to call. I would highly recommend to any one that needs any type of road side assistance.

This is a top notch company. I've known the owners personally sense grade school. My 84 year old moms car broke down today. The left rear wheel lost the lug nuts and left her stranded in 104 degree heat. I got her taken care of and called Browns Wrecker service. They answered immediately, asked for pictures to get a better understanding of my situation. A wrecker was there in less than 30 minutes. Because the remaining lug bolts were bent and I was unable to get the tire and wheel back on, their driver used a plastic skid device to the slide the car onto his roll off wrecker with zero damage. This man's primary concern was safety for me and himself of course. He had moms car loaded in less than 20 minutes. I want everyone to know how professional and efficient this company is. I've used them numerous times over the years. The best in the Shawnee area bar none.

This company worked a tractor trailer rollover accident where I happened to be stuck waiting. They managed to stand it up on a bridge, with barely any room to work, and did it without damaging the truck. I was impressed that they know their stuff! The driver of the rollover truck told me that Brown and Sons helped him find a hotel room, and gave him a ride from the scene to the hotel. I know who I'll call if I need help in Shawnee.

I was stranded on the side of the freeway and I got the best customer service EVER!! I've never experienced a more compassionate person in my life. On the absolute worst day ever, the service I received was well beyond what I could ever imagine. I wish I could give more stars!!

I bought a car from them from a auction they had , called a couple times About the title. Been 6 months same story we still haven't received it. couple weeks later got a call that it was in, then went to pick it up the title only to have someone else's name on it now it's outta there hands

I was very happy with response time as a truck was close by and was able to deliver some gas - not tow. Not so happy to find out the cost was as if there was a tow plus mileage where their truck would have traveled all the way from their station. Ouch! And I still had to buy gas 1 mile away.
