We called and scheduled an appointment for a tech to be out on a Monday morning at 8:00 am, the tech showed up but was not qualified to work on our equipment. Therefore, he left and the office told us they would send another tech out the following morning. The following morning came and they didn't show nor did they call, we set and waited and when we called to inquire we were told that we didn't make it on the schedule. Therefore, it took them four days to get back out to work on our equipment. Business beware that you may have a considerable amount of downtime due to the lack of inability to get their information straight and scheduling correct.
