Unfriendly, unhelpful and lazy. They also tell you one price the ring it up higher. With so many stores to choose from I would highly recommend not going here.

Terrible service for the most part, staff here seem to hate thier lives and treat there customers like a piece of crap. I rather drive an extra 15 mins for a better vape shop, check out umbrella vapor corporation down on May. staff there is super friendly with awesome deals, plus they have bigger selection to choose from. I promise you it's going to be worth it, nothing over priced

Depends on the day. The staff is obviously normally people, and go through moods. When they're there, if they're having a good day it's a positive upbeat vibe. Normally a regular or two standing around bullshi**ing everyone laughing and helping with advice or opinions on product questions. If they're in a bad mood, having a bad day, or I just don't know but some days it's a weird vibe. They don't talk just want you in then out, seem very annoyed and irritated. Act like they just can't wait to leave. The owner is always busy mid-task, but will always help and offer a smile. Wish the staff would follow lead. I give it 4 stars. As the products are always good or replaced without question, and the disposables are always real. I have yet to get a fake one in over a year of disposable vaping. If you know what you like to vape this place is the absolute best. Crazy wide variety. If you have questions, well I hope they're in a good mood..

The prices are great and the staff is amazing one guy told me he'd be willing to search for some juice for me and that's amazing no vape store I've been to has offered that and that's amazing service and there's one other I forgot to mention Annie Mays is a brand and hopefully they see this and look into it as well again amazing staff and great prices everyone should definitely go and check them out!!!!!! Like right now!!!!

This is the number 1 medical dispensary in Mustang. They have the largest selection and their customer service will surpass your expectations. The owner is extremely helpful at especially patient with newbies (like myself). Maverick, Patrick, and Jackie are also very knowledgeable, and take their time helping each customer to ensure 100% satisfaction. You will not be disappointed when visiting Bronco Vapes. They make you feel like family.

Great place. Friendly Folks. Always very helpful, and greet you when you walk in the door. Highly recommend.

Over priced. Workers are rude, told my wife to " get going" when she asked why certain items were way more expensive the usual. We have been coming here for months not sure what changed. Not giving money to these shady fucks again.

store is very nice, good selection of items, and staff is very helpful and friendly! i get treated like family every time i go in the shop!

Terrible customer service. There was one other customer who was being attended to by one clerk, the other clerk was at the register didn't acknowledge my presence until after several minutes of looking around waiting. When he did speak, dude yells "What do you need?" as if I'm interrupting his world. Asked him a question if he has tried a particular flavor - he respond bluntly yes, and looks away like a complete douche. Other clerk was at least cordial but I won't be back.
