Bromide Mountain

This place, while it has VERY neat stuff is entirely overpriced. I don't think I saw a jacket in there under $120. Even tiny little things like keychains were $20. Just outrageous. They need to run promotions like bogo candles or something. Otherwise, the only thing they'll get out of me is $10 for a discounted old flannel. T shirts were $30 I think. That's fine, but they need to put things on sale sooner than 3 months after summer is over. The story is pretty cool, but the price tags are NOT.

1st, the town of Sulphur, Ok is charming and full of history and a wonderful Cultural community. My husband and I were drawn in by the exterior of the old building and the entry was charming. My husband went right to the hats, picked out three, 1 for himself the other two for son and son in law and those hats have become the NEW favorite for all because the fit and look is exactly what they like..I felt their prices fit those of Dallas, and OKC if shopping for the name brands that are carried, like North Face and Patagonia etc. Most all items highligh Oklahoma and Sulphur logos. The young sales person gave us wonderful information about the Falls and the history of the town and the 100+ year old building. Overall the owners provided a wonderful shopping experience for us. I have recommended it to many people and have learned since that visit the owners have other stores in Stillwater and Guthrie. Stores like Bromide Mountain Company bring so much charm into these small town communities.

Only place in town for men's clothing. Very nice selection. Great costumer service and lots of variety with brands you won't find anywhere else in town.
