Very nice store inside, I love watches and they carry Oris, Rolex and Tutor. I meet with the owner and he was very helpful. Love this jewelry store just wish it was closer to Edmond.

I went to Brockhause Jewelry to have a ring-sized and another ring repaired. A young man waited on me, and as soon as he looked at my ring, he said: "I'm sorry, but we cannot size this ring." I was disappointed, but he told me that it was a ring made of material that he could not cut or shorten the size due to its black color. But he could fix the ring that needed repair. It only needed to have a stone pulled off of one ring and reset in the other. A couple of days later, I received a text that it was ready and that I could come by and pick it up. It was very smooth and convenient. They treated me like family, and I highly recommend Brockhaus Jewelry.

This fine jewelry store has been a family-owned Norman tradition. I love this store.it's got gorgeous jewelry in a wide rage of prices. From new cool designers to the most prestigious luxury brands. The staff is nice and knows their stuff. The service is good without a oressure. Looking is okay. The new location is an awesome, unique, elevated atmosphere. It's easy to get to and to park. It's near the new hotels on the west side, so if you are visiting Norman, plan to drop in to take a look see. I highly recommend. Top stars in all areas!

You don't tell a customer you can't afford to buy his/her rings because shop's money is not available because bank has it. Incredibly ignorant.
