Cockroaches bad crappy A/C the staff was super cool and I bet they know they have bug issues- the place really just needs to be burnt down and re built. The owner was also very nice If you're squeamish of bags do not stay there sincerely TMAC

We stayed at this hotel probably 30 times or more, but will think twice next time. No complementary breakfast anymore and it's gotten so loud at night because of the bar that u can't get any sleep. It's a nice clean hotel but what's the point if you have drunk people fighting outside on the first floor and drunks running up and down the third floor hallway, making it impossible to sleep on the second floor. I just don't feel safe there anymore. Update, we gave it another try and it was worse then the last. Early this morning the alarms blaring, and smoke filled the halls. The main kitchen was on fire, grrrrr!!!!

Overwhelming/sickening air freshener smell everywhere. Cigarette smell in room and hallway. Pubic hairs on my bed. Shower didn't drain so you have to stand in dirty water while showering. Faucet dripping. Tv didn't work. Key cards take 6 tries before it works. Oh aaaand a hole in the door near the lock that you could see through

This place is ok for the price. It smells really funny in the hallways. The breakfast was good and the bed was really comfortable. The lock on our door didn't work and there was a hole in one of the doors. The shower pressure was bad, but other than that it was a cheap stay so it was okay.

Usually for this price, you end up staying in a room that's questionable at best, but this place was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was shocked by how nice the rooms were because of how low the price was. Such a great value!The lobby was very nice and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was really good as well. The location was perfect, very close to downtown and both times we got an uber it took less than 5 minutes to get picked up. Next time I'm in OKC, I will definitely be staying here again!!

Do yourself a favor, keep driving. I made the mistake of booking on Expedia because it was top rated for the price and it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It has a strong smell of cleaner, not in a good way, as if it's trying to cover something. They have non smoking rooms but on the floor itself can be smoked on... if I hadn't booked online and already paid I would definitely not be staying here in this nasty place right now.

Photos are deceiving! Does not even deserve 1 star. My non smoking room smelled like a smoking room. Front desk was rude I do not recommend!

Run while you can, save yourself from 100% disappointment and every cent of your hard earned money:Please KEEP DRIVING/LOOKING ELSE WHERE, IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE OVERWHELMINGLY DISAPPOINTED. THEIR ONLINE PICTURES APPEAR TO BE SERIOUSLY PHOTO-SHOPPED!!! They FORCIBLY DEMAND/make a copy of your -Drivers License- OF WHICH THEY SAID THAT THE LOCAL POLICE REQUIRES THEM TO TAKE FROM EVERYONE THAT ENTERS THIS ESTABLISHMENT.ALERT: YOUR IDENTITY COULD BE POSSIBLY STOLEN BY THEM OR SOMEONE ELSE!!! (1000% total disappointment). The friendly homeless people that reside in and around this facility is the only positive thing going for this establishment.This business has no soap nor paper towels inside of the lobby restrooms in, nor handsanitizer in site. And they do not have business cards, nor any pamplets/advertizements of any kinds regarding the establishment. The front desk receptionist was a woman who was very nasty. She yelled everything she had to say and had a very negative attitude with her words in order to get her very invalid point across to us. We would never accept any prepared foods/drinks from them, if they offered it, due to the lack of nasty hygiene. And the front desk staff also smelled pretty awful. and the laundry/bedding also wrecked of stinch/oldness.Also, a friend of ours stayed there one night, and found a roach waiting for her inside of the microwave, who might I add came all the way from Florida. Some of the hallways/bedrooms floors have partially caved in floors, which seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. There were holes caved into the room 226 , 228, or 236.. I cant remember the room but I saw a person step inside of the hole which caused them to ram their knee into the air conditioner which overlooks the empty parking lot. Holes in the floor and holes in the cloth blinds that they could easily replace, but have completely neglect and refuse to replace. The hallways have a smell of Marijuana as soon as you step foot to complete your journey to the rooms. The two tiny room trashcans are neglected, while running over on a daily basis, while never seeing room service is a complete joke. And some of the toilets never flushed and were entirely un-flushable/broken. We didnt upload any photographs, because we were in such a rush to leave, because the female front desk receptionists overwhelming negative vibes and her negative Nancy's demeanor, while she constantly argued to us about absolutely EVERYTHING. Which is most likely why this establishment is totally failing!!! She refused to assist us in any positive manner whatsoever. And she was so very annoying IN EVERY SENSE. Plus we believe that it is 100% family owned by NON-AMERICANS. This place is the worst/HORRIBLE from top-bottom, and entirely inside and the external bricks are the only current thing that's feasibly in decent condition at the moment, before possible termites eat at it!!! We wish that we could've said at least one positive thing about it, but just couldn't find one thing to say about it.

Came here after a bad experience with another hotel, the counter gentleman let me preview the room before paying. The room is beautiful! Super clean! Flat screen tv. Microwave. Mini fridge. 5 pillows on a queen bed!!! Name brand shampoo & conditioner.

Great little hotel with old world hospitality and pride in a job well done coupled with clean, new-looking rooms, fantastic hot water and water pressure and a showerhead the perfect height for tall folks like me!
