I received a ( what I thought was a beautiful ivy) that began dying quickly. There were sprigs of ivy stuck in the pot to make it look full and beautiful. They weren't rooted therefore quickly began to fail. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

I needed some flowers for my daughters graduation in a few hours. They were able to help me pick out some unique flowers. The pricing was good, and the flowers were beautiful and lasted a while. Inside the shop was over whelming for me. There is a lot inside. The also offer a military discount. The two female employees were polite and helpful. The small bouquet was gorgeous.

False advertise!! They do not deliver same day.. They ruined my surprise flowers from my husband on my 25 yr work anniversary. Took his money and told him they were to busy to deliver them. 3 days to get refund. Never will use or recommend them.

We have used Broadway florist for many years with our large family in Moore BUT After the loss of my father and the stress that goes along with it the ladies at Broadway Florist were absolutely horrible helping us. They had absolutely no compassion and were totally rude and mean. The owner Sherry specifically said "i don't care what you're going through ". It amazes me they are still in business.

I've used Broadway Florist once before and they delivered beautifully. Today was even more exceptional. I called last minute (same day) to have a lily arrangement sent to my niece Lilie for her college graduation. Not only did they deliver successfully, the arrangement was gorgeous! I live out of state and am always concerned my florals may not represent well. These guys exceeded my expectations! Thank you Broadway Florist!!

Terrible service. And the owner/manager is hateful!First off, you brought me ctappy looking flowers and then the next day they were fall apart.. how is that my fault?Then you preceed to pound on my door over and over again and when I go to open it you demanded the first crap flowers back, why would I keep dead/crappy flowers?Then demanded the bowl back so as I try to go get it, you shove your foot in my damn door way then grabbed it the bowl hard out of my hand then proceed to be hateful.I have so many words for that lady but I'm gonna be nice, someone has to since she was not. And for the replacement flowers? Going into the dump, I do not want anything associated with you.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I lost my husband 3 days ago & stopped here to order a spray for the casket. I already knew what i wanted. She gave me a total which I felt was too high. But I wanted that certain thing. Since I have had my wallet stolen & didn't have new debit card, I told her I would go get cash at the bank the next morning. She said she couldn't order until I paid which I understand. The next morning, I called another florist & it was $220.00 less. So, I called Broadway florist & apologized that I had to cancel the order because this is getting really expensive, and I had found the same thing for quite a bit less. Her words to me were "well good luck if you think it will look as good as ours". Then she hung up on me. I started crying then got really mad, so I called her back & asked her if this is how she treats potential customers & someone who just lost their husband then she said, "I don't care" and hung up on me again". How can a human being be so hateful??? I don't know why my review says California. I am in Moore OK.

My mom has done business here for decades. As her caregiver I oversee her and my dads financials. The manager here told me they would not deliver until payment received because a pricey order had been placed previously by my mom. It was too expensive and the shop ate a good portion of the cost. Unfortunately they didnt stand by what they said and my mom ordered again, I called and made payment but i had questions why they didn't follow what they explained to me previously. In my attempt to gain clarity on the phone with Sherry the owner she said to me "you can take your business elsewhere and shove it up your ass" and hung up on me. My words were calm I did not wish to argue at all. I was hoping they would hear me out so they would not be eating money again when my mom calls and orders items that are more than she can afford. My mom has dementia and many times we as her family have to go behind and pick up pieces because she doesn't have full understanding or reasoning. I had mentioned before to an employee here. Their comments were insensitive at best telling me I should have let them know she wasn't well. The lack of professionalism from Sherry today was disgusting. She also decided to call my mom after the fact making me out to be a horrible person. I hope no one walks in the shoes of family member with dementia ever and I hope any business would have compassion and some level of courtesy. I explained if you let my mom order in the future she won't be good for it. I had to check one star to even leave this review but the owner is not deserving of one star based on her conduct toward me today.

I went on their website to order flowers for my Aunts funeral. It gave me the option to be delivered the same day since my Aunts funeral was the following day so I ordered their larges spring arrangement and paid for it with my Credit card. I was sent a confirmation so I thought everything was done and my Aunt would get her flowers. The next day at the funeral no flowers had been delivered to the funeral so I called Broadway Florist and at first the girl kept saying she didn't see my order but finally said oh yeah well we don't deliver to that area so your order was cancelled and your card was refunded. What ever happened to florist who wire orders to other florist to fill orders they can not. She said someone should have called me which no one did! I told her the Website should have not taken the order and If I would have been called I could have called another florist since the order was given at 10:30am. I will never use this florist again!!!!!!!
