What a great local pet supply store! My pup didn't want to leave!They had all kinds of samples and treats. Both doggos that were with me on my trip picked out a duck head. The staff was friendly and eager to learn about my pupper, but weren't intrusive. They had the foods that I feed my beloveds - though at a slightly higher price. But the treats were comparable to the store I currently frequent.

Found out about BFS from my friend Gail, and I'm going to be customer for life. Their goals and standards are parallel with what I want for my dog. They have a broad variety of quality items for dogs and cats that include foods, chews, treats, and a small selection of other supplies like toys and leashes and such.They have a perk program that is pretty good that gives you a free item after a repeat purchase; I can't remember the specific details.They have great hours and it's easy to access the store. The employees are all helpful and can talk to you about any question you have; they're all super friendly and happy to help.

We feed our dogs organic food from this store; we also buy straw here for the dog run we keep alongside our detached garage. (Spray the straw with cedar oil and BOOM -- no more flea problems!)Great folks here -- always eager to help out in any way they can.Heck -- they even carry my purchases out to my vehicle for me!It can be difficult to pull off Britton Road if the traffic's heavy, but it's seldom a major issue.We love this small, locally owned business.

This place is wonderful! If your dog or cat needs high quality food or snacks this is the place for them. And the staff is AMAZING! So friendly and attentive to whatever they need. This is what blew me away, if you want, they can put you on file so you don't need to remember what you got last time, they'll know.

AMAZING! This place has everything you need and more!! The prices are perfect!! The 2 ladies that helped us today were the sweetest people ever. I will definitely be coming back here religiously. The staff is very knowledgeable about the dog food we were considering and they made it an easy decision.

This is the only place I go to for my dog's food and treats! The whole staff is always over the top helpful and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient enough to answer any and all questions. Thanks again for superb service!

They Basically cater to dogs and cats only they dont sell animal feed so if you want dog and cat food just go to petco and save the money for your fur babies a toy

This little store has lots of great options to choose from, and the prices are great, too! The staff was very sweet and helpful, and someone even carried out the bag of dog food for me. Have been purchasing Fromm Dog food from them for 3 years now.lots of variety and help to make sure they keep stocked what we come in for every 4-6 wks.They have loved on our pets and help load our car as we buy in bulk for our 3 furry family members. Great customer service. Very helpful. They helped us recently find a wonderful vet- Seems like a very caring family owned and operated (like the good ole' days) and its a very pleasant atmosphere with really good prices.
