Bricktown Brewery

Decided to come here for lunch. We had a meeting in this town and this place was recommended. Parking is okay and there seems to be a lot of people here. Inside is clean and nice. There are TVs on the wall abound the bar area. Service took for us to ask for someone before they showed up. No raspberry tea, but they do have sweet tea. There are beers on the list but that is for another day. I had the meatloaf and I must say it was good. It is wrapped in bacon. Mashed potatoes had a decent taste and not dry.

Bricktown, we need to talk. When a person orders a breakfast burger with a FRIED EGG, you expect a FRIED EGG! When my husband and I picked up our dinner tonight, we arrived, and it was not ready on time. To boot, when I received the order, I checked the "fried egg" on my dish, and hard fried eggs don't bounce back, babe. When separated, the egg was in the top of my takeout container and cut into it, liquid chicken came out. While waited, for our order in the parking lot , I tried to call 3 times(5 rings each, then it went to a busy signal), to let the establishment know I wanted my egg hard fried. No one picked up the phone any of the calls(that reflects poorly on the staff, mgmt, and the establishment as a whole). The phone should be picked up by no sooner than the second or third ring to be answered. It should never go unanswered or go to a busy signal. That tells me that customer service skills and etiquette are lacking in this location and need to be reviewed in a big way, so the customer service and etiquette can be improved upon, so all customers can have a positive experience and not a nightmare, when they order. Remember, with every customer, treat them as a secret shopper, and deliver your best every time, whether you have enough staff or are short staffed. Delivering your best makes a positive experience as a whole, and everyone leaves feeling good in this Oklahoma heat.

Muskogee is lucky to have a Bricktown! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Portions are giant. Service is always good! We love the promotions like the half price pizza Tuesdays! And it's a fun spot to sit at the bar and catch a game.

There was a 5-10 minute wait but we asked for bar seating and we're seated right away. The staff, maybe Oklahomans(?) in general, are very friendly. They have a great selection of food and drinks. I had the Avocado Salad, substituted shrimps with salmon. The poached salmon was awesome and the greens were fresh and the salad was delightful and light! I had a taste Chris's meatloaf and it was yummy! It came with mashed potatoes, green beans and fried onions. It was a lot it can feed 2!

Great service, great food and great ambiance. The breakfast burger is the bomb. Devin was a fantastic server and never let our glass go empty.

I have visited a few times because the food and service are excellent. They serve the Perfect Margarita and it is smooth and Perfect. Fish and Chips is consistently fresh and tasty as are the "chips" fries. I would like the coleslaw a little less dry but that is not a factor as I look forward to the main meal. Salads are full and fresh.The restaurant seems to be busy Friday night and Saturday nights so plan to visit accordingly. Pub like atmosphere but no rowdiness. Recommend this eatery and hope to see you there,

Josh behind the bar was excellent and attentive. He kept checking to see if I wanted another beer (I did once). He timed my salad and entree well. Friendly guy. The food was good; I really like the chili, especially since you can get Fritos with it. I had the chicken BBQ salad which was very good if somewhat uneventful (I was expecting a slight more zing in the BBQ part). Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely go back again.

Terrible service and management. Normally, the food is passable. Tonight, we ordered the elote chicken dip and a burger with fries. It took 30 minutes to receive our order. We even asked our waiter if they forgot about us. Once it was brought to our table, it was already cold. The dip was ice cold and chunky like it had never been warmed. The cast iron skillet it is supposed to be cooked in was also cold. The fries were inedible like they had been under a heat lamp for hours. The burger patties were cold, and although it came with a sauce, even it was gelatinous with a hardened film already. The manager looked, acknowledged that it appeared cold, and proceeded to tell us that the dip only takes 5 minutes to cook, and the burger should have taken only 7 minutes to cook. But when we told him how long we had been waiting, he was still adamant that our food should not be cold.He made no offer to remake our meal, only to take it away.
