Brentwood Terrace Apartments

I lived here for 3 years and it is hands down the best apartment I've ever lived in. Brentwood isn't just an apartment complex, it's a community. I got to know my neighbors, there's a community garden, and Jerry, the landlord, plans events, like arranging for people to attend 23rd St Open Streets together. My favorite part was getting a cheery, handwritten, "Hi, Ms. Caitlin!" on my monthly rent reminder, along with notifications about happenings at other historic OKC locations. The apartments are beautiful - I chose mine for the gorgeous arched built in bookshelf in the living room and the floor-to-ceiling built in china cabinet in the dining room. And maintenance is never a worry - a quick email or text to Jerry and he took care of it right away. I moved into a house, but I will always be glad I lived at Brentwood Terrace. If you're looking for an apartment, don't bother looking elsewhere.
