Braums

For me, Braum's has the best soft serve yogurt and Ice cream. Brahms sells tasty burgers and fries along with their convenient mini market. Excellent one stop shopping. Excellent customer service at this restaurant/ mini market.

I really like braums. But you guys have to get it together on cleanliness. Every time I come in here the staff are covered in nasty dirty shirts and the counters look like they haven't been cleaned for days. It makes me suspicious that your food is actually clean. Adding just one of what could have been many photos illustrating how unkept they store is.

I've really been disappointed with the quality of their products. It use to be my favorite cheeseburger but everytime I've ordered the burger is smashed. Like it's been pre-made and put in a steamer to reheat it before sending it out the window. I thought well, everyone has a bad day but everytime I've ordered it's been that way. Last night I stopped by to picked up a banana split to take home. Wish I would have taken a picture. Looked pre-made. Ice cream at some point was soft enough to settle and form the shape of container. Chocolate ice cream still soft. Maybe a third of a banana on one side. Very disappointed. I won't waste anymore money there.

horrible manager, so rude. Very dirty store. I only purchase manufactured sealed products.

I'm not one to complain most of the time. The last few times I've came here our food has been so burnt my family refused to even attempt to eat it. A few of the workers have a terrible attitude towards customers, and i mean TERRIBLE. The first few months it was open i never had a single thing that i could say wrong, the workers were respectful and hard working. The younger workers are the ones with the worst attitude, it's ridiculous. Although there is a select of very well mannered and respectful kids, the others just ruin it for them. I had ordered a Dr Pepper and received the pop the color of piss. I very nicely said hi i had asked for a Dr Pepper and got a "we're out". Why wouldn't anyone say that while I was ordering and hand me carbonated water... :(

Beware ... The place is ran by high school kids pretty much, and it is VERY obvious when considering the quality of visits we have had to this location.. Often the line is out of control because the lack of consistency of moving the cars through the line. Orders are usually wrong, and you can ALWAYS count on your milkshake or dish of ice cream to be sticky as ever where they pencil-whip wiping down cups etc. from when they are sticky from overflowing etc.. Why don't people care any more? So sad.
