Burger was amazing customer service was fantastic ty the store was clean staff was rushing to complete orders in a timely manner restrooms were clean and neatly organized no hostility at this location just friendly faces

This is probably the filthiest Braums I've ever been to and they messed up my order when I got the bacon cheeseburger combo without onions. But they added onions and once I felt I did not need to eat here the girl at the counter started arguing with me. It the worst fast food experience I've ever been to.

Great ice cream and burgers. Loved the chocolate milk shake. Great service, clean restaurant.

I tend to get a lil something from here before I go to work. Well Saturday me and my family ate there. We were ordering and the shift manager told us to hurry up while thinking about what to order. Then when we were saying what we wanted she rudely told us to slow down in a sassy tone. Then the chicken bacon sandwich I got gave me food poisoning. I mean it tasted good at least, but that week it was the only meal I hadn't had at home with my family and I'm the only one with diarrhea for the next 5 days. Everyone there but the shift manager is nice. The restaurant is also consistently very dirty. When I have gotten food here in the past I've actually eaten it in my truck instead. Which is a small old Japanese truck with no room, not like I have a new American truck with plenty of room to eat my food. Debating contacting Braums management because my friends have also had very bad experiences at this Braums. I'm going to stick to the one on MacAurthur BLVD. I advise you to do the same if you don't want bad service and improper food

Yesterday I stopped in for a late lunch. I was promptly greeted and pleasantly served by the team of fantastic ladies there, Katie and Kaitlyn! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo that included fries and a shake. While Asst. Mgr, Katie got my meal, Manager, Kaitlyn fixed my shake. I was really hungry and everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. This is a new location found beside the On Cue at May Ave and 150th Street. The restaurant and Market are clean and well stocked and merchandised! This will be my go-to spot from now on. Thank you very much ladies and the team there. Well done

Slow service every time we go to this location. Ordered banana split. Got home and there were no bananas! We're done with this location.
