Braum’s

The food was prepared quickly and delicious. The price for four burgers was under $20. The dining area is nice and spacious and the service was friendly.

This Braum's was the best hands-down. They had cute decor on the tables which I have seen in no other location, the staff and crew were laughing and having a good time and seem to genuinely enjoy working together. As you can see from the dining area, it was well maintained, and I would certainly recommend anyone stopping in and paying them a visit.

best fast food stop in the business. All the ice cream we loved about 1 min from this location for 3 months and ate here almost every evening. We don't have Braums in IL so it truly was a treat

I love this Braums! Recently new built in the last 2 years. Added bonus of a covered patio for extra seating. 2 drive thru lanes. Cleaner than most locations and a rather large market side for groceries. Never have had any issues with this location.

The smell was so bad when I walked in that I had to change my order to go instead of eating it there. Pretty disgusting waiting for my order to get ready and now wondering if it's safe to eat. Never expected this from Braum's.

My family enjoys eating Braums from time to time. Unfortunately, this particular location frequently has problems with order fulfillment for drive-through customers. In the last year, on 4 different occasions, they failed to include all food items in the bag: 3 times the child's meal was missing the burger, and 1 time an adult burger was missing. We called the store 3 of these times to complain and request better quality control. Twice we returned to the store, after having already arrived home, to get the missing burger or a refund. Once we called but didn't have time to go back to the store, and the fourth time we didn't have the energy to do either. The store manager handled our complaints professionally, but quality control has not improved. We will either use a different store going forward, or not frequent Braums at all.

Just got back from this Braum's and the burger was only bread, lettuce and Mayo. No meat!!' How the help does this happen?? When I called the manager to let her know all she said was so do you want another burger or a refund? No apology, no nothing!! The customer service today was horrible!! I don't see this Braums lasting because I can tell by the other yelp reviews that they just totally suck!

Dirty place with bad service. Would not recommend. Floor was sticky and we waited 30 minutes for our food.

there's a reason this braums has such a bad review. I ordered $30.00 worth of food told them to leave Mayo off because my family is allergic, they didnt and said scrape it off.

I spend love $9 for a #5 bacon burger, large, no cheese. Unsweetened tea, easy ice, large fries. I get home. No bacon on my burger!!!!! I paid for bacon and don't get it. I call, they do not answer their phone! Not the first time this location has not done an order correctly. Thinking of disputing with my card provider. Maybe then they will get it right when they start losing money!
