Braum’s - Oklahoma City

The one thing I can count in with Braum's is that the food is consistent. There's enough variety that I find something different each time. This time it was a strawberry poppyseed salad and a double barbecue bacon burger. Sorry folks no pic of the burger. Both we happy with their meals. The clerk was helpful and genuinely pleasant.

Ice cream is good. Fries were old and cold. Service thru the drive thru was nice. Burger was old and cold as well.

Great fast food burger and fries. Ice cream and shakes are top notch. Close to the FAA Academy, I can run over during lunch, grab food, and then listen to podcasts in the parking lot on campus.

Why can't they get an order right. Seems like they have a large turnover at the store. The lady in the morning is something mabey she is the Manger or just likes to get onto the crew. Finally gave up on the every morning breakfast had to pull back through to get it made right. Stopped tonight after a long wait time in line they needed to see my recite at the second window to find my food. Pulled around to the parking lot to take onions off one burger and tomatoes off the other

Service is great most times. sometimes there is a couple of grouchy women in the morning. But who isnt grouchy in the morning anyways things were going pretty smooth they called out the order but when i had brought it up to them and i understand when your in the middle of a rush but these people need some manners. Food was pretty good adter it got fixed but then i saw puke all over the trashcans it was pretty disgusting i let someone know. And then i went to the bathroom and i did my business there was no toilet paper and the whole room smelled like there was a sewage pipe leakage anyway i hope this gets fixed i came in today i didnt see the girl who usually takes my order today was a red head kinda sad she left she would have made a great manager . The market was completely empty when i went over there and tried to do some shopping waited like 5 or 6 minutes not to bad of a wait but they need to get some more people.
