Branch's Heating & Air Conditioning

We've always used Branch's Heating and Air since we came to town well over thirty years ago and they have never done us wrong. We usually get Mr. Charlie (or Daddy Branch as I call him, LOL) and he's always been fast and fair. Our air went out on a Thursday during a major heatwave (thank goodness we have a window unit for emergencies) and Mr. Charlie came right out on Friday morning to fix it. Not sure what was going on with the negative review, but we've been fortunate I guess as we've never had issues. Highly recommended!

This company is hands down the very best heat and air company in the area. Their reputation is flawless and they give you their best every time they come out. If they tell you need a part you can trust they have done everything they can to save you money and give it to you at a fair price. The three generations of Branch's that run this Christian small business are a huge asset to Guthrie and make living here awesome.

The company came out to repair the air conditioning system. The problem was not solved after they left. We called them back but since they now knew the house is not currently being lived in they continually put off returning to repair the original issue. Multiple calls have been ignored and we are constantly being told that a service person will be out "soon". It's over 100 degrees and no air. And it's been almost one month of messing with them. Moving on.

I just called this company because I had one of his drivers driving like an ass hole and let him know that his employees are driving like that and his response was for me to shut the fuck up and mind my own business he doesn't care what his drivers do on the road if a man responds like that to a simple complaint of his drivers on the road with his business name on it I don't think I could trust a man to honor his work and come back and fix any mistakes he makes so I don't think I'd ever use this company even if they were the last company within 50 miles of me

After over a year and a half we have called numerous times to get the company to fix the air flow on the heat and air they installed. They came out a few times even with the owner. We continued to call as the problem did not fix. They said they texted and called but we reviewed all of our call logs and messages and received nothing. We finally got someone out today and they tried yo bill us for warranty they should have fixed prior to the warranty. Do not use them!

My central heating unit was not working so I called Branch Heating. As always, I found them to be friendly, helpful and concerned that my heating unit be repaired as-soon-as possible since we were having sub-zero weather. Mr. Greg Branch personally came out within a couple of hours and checked out the unit. Unfortunately the heat exchange portion of the unit was cracked and needed to be replaced. I chose to have a new, more efficient unit installed since gas prices seem to be constantly going up. Mr. Branch located a high efficiency unit that could be delivered in a timely manner. Upon arrival of the new unit the Branch crew was on site to remove the old unit and install the new unit. This was a sizeable job but it was totally installed that day. The Carrier unit that they installed has a great warranty, is exceptionally efficient and the price was more reasonable than prices from other sources. I have used the Branch Heating and Air Conditioning Company for my personal home, while building a new house and when our local church needed help. Amazing company, been around a very long time and for good reason. Locally owned business. Our 30 year old furnace was failing and the downstairs ac unit had to also be replaced. Gave us the best quote in town. Once they got it in they got it done that day and it was a challenge as our furnace is in our basement and the stairway leading down is very narrow. While talking with the owner, he realized he had put in the furnace in our home 30 years ago! Everyone we have interacted with in this company is kind and professional. Would recommend to anyone! This company did our heat and air on our new build home, the builder picked them. Day 1 of moving into our brand new house the heater did not work. It was in the middle of an ice storm in December. Took them days to figure out the problem was they didn't charge our unit. Soon after our zone system was not working correctly, the thermostat in our bedroom was controlling the opposite of the house and vise versa. They had it wired completely wrong. Next our ac would randomly start blowing hot air in the middle of the summer, had them out several times when finally they decided it was a wire that was messed up to a thermostat, they decided to rewire another thermostat and leave the old one on the wall, now I have 2 thermostats in one hallway. They left behind their mess, put my new thermostat on crooked, and scratched my paint all in the process. Charles who owns this company is completely rude and even after explaining everything that went wrong from day one had no sympathy for me and told me I needed "to go to church." Shortly after the mess they left I recieved a $296 bill. Have never been treated with such disrespect from a buisness owner. I would avoid at all costs.
