We've been enrolling our 3 year old in classes here since August of 2021. We do feel his class is absolutely over priced considering we stay with him, help him learn the stuff, and it's just about getting him comfortable with being there. Also, paying extra for the T-shirt at the end of the session feels ridiculous considering what we pay every single session... but overall our experience has been wonderful. We absolutely ADORE Coach Mattie. She has made gymnastics so fun for our Ryker. She single handedly makes the cost worth it for our boy. All the girls handling the little ones are super sweet but we wouldn't have continued if he didn't light up like he does every time he hears he gets to go see Coach Mattie.

This place was so great! I would totally bring my kids here or do a birthday party here sometime. My sister hosted my nephew's fifth birthday party here over the weekend and it was so nice. Huge, well lit, spotless - nicer than any other places like it in my experience and opinion. My daughter loved the trampolines, foam pits, climbing wall and slides. The little trapeze into the foam pits is really fun for the littles, since they're probably too small to do the zip line drop into a foam pit. The staff we encountered was friendly and willing to help us get in and out. I think it's worth the trip to Yukon for a gym that smells clean, with helpful staff!

One star is not for the facility , its for the lazy parents that park in the handicapped zone and drop off or wait for pick up of kids without being handicapped and dont care . i was here recently- and marvelled at sloppy parents that are careless & too lazy to park and safely escort their children into the complex, Instead , they parked in a row at the front entrance and block /stop traffic all the way out to Vandament - granted there's construction going on, but this facility should know what kind of circus is going on right outside their entrance door and enforce, control this chaos. Parents...Please respect other patrons and don't be afraid to park and walk for once. Believe me they could use the exercise! Laziness its the Oklahoma standard.

My nephew's birthday party was at Bounce Academy recently. The place was every child's dream. Zip lines, ropes to swing on, climbing walls, slides, trampolines, foam pits, a gigantic three person swing...it was quite a spectacular set up. I can understand why they had to implement an explicit rule that parents can't play on the equipment because the urge was definitely there. It really was a neat place and the kids all had a blast, even my very young child who was too small for many of the toys still had a blast! The more complex toys, such as the zip lines and swing were manned by gym staff, so the kids could use it all and have the appropriate assistance. There are a couple of reasons that I only gave it three stars. The first is that the gym staff there during our particular party time consisted only of a group of teenagers. I say that no to be ageist, because teenagers are lovely, but this particular group wasn't very proactive or enthusiastic in undertaking their job duties. They ignored us when we walked in until we deliberately got someone's attention to instruct us as to where to go to find the party rooms. They were nice when approached, but didn't make any move to initiate contact, welcome us to the gym, point us in the right direction or go over the gym policies with us.They also definitely were not on top of the liability waivers. I didn't see any system by which they checked the children in attendance by the waivers to confirm that everyone had one signed. All we heard about them was as the employees were releasing the kids into the play zone they casually mentioned in passing to be sure to sign the waiver. It was mostly an honor system type of deal. Now, as a parent with a child who might get injured, this clearly inured to my benefit (although we filled out the waiver), but as an attorney looking at it from the business owners' perspective, it was disconcerting. Also, the party times are very short, so you have to cram a LOT of stuff into a very little time. They must turn parties over every two hours or so. The kids were given one hour of free play time - which was great. I'm sure they could have gone longer than an hour, but the parents were done by then. The problem was when it came to cake/ice cream/present time. They had party rooms for the individual parties separated by a curtain. The rooms had tables, chairs and a refrigerator, which was nice. However, they only allowed you half an hour to serve small children cake (and ice cream, if applicable) and open presents, hand out favors and say bye. Half an hour really isn't a long time when you've got 15 little people to manage. It was somewhat harried and stressful for the parents, particularly those hosting. If they would give an hour for cake and present time, it would probably make a huge difference. So, we really did have a great experience at Bounce Academy, and my little girl absolutely adored it. It was a great facility and we may even do a party for our child there someday, but there are a couple of issues that might bear some reconsideration to make the experience just a little better - and to provide better protection for the business owners too.

We love Bounce Academy! We've been taking our daughter to the Baby Bouncer classes for more than a year now and absolutely love it! The coaches are very helpful and great with the kiddos. We also recently had our daughter's birthday party here. I highly recommend considering Bounce Academy if you're looking for a fun place for kids to run around, jump and play. The staff was very relaxed and helpful.

I attended a 5th birthday party at Bounce Academy. TERRIBLE experience. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Upon arrival we were informed that parents could not go out onto the floor due to COVID, which is understandable. There were 7 kids there, including my 2. The other 5 kids were all 5 and up so the staff had chosen to stay in the "big kid" area. After about 20 minutes or so it was apparent that they weren't going to open up the other areas of the gym to accommodate all ages so I went over there with my children to let them play on age appropriate equipment. I was told after about 5 minutes that I could not be on the floor. I politely requested that they open up the other areas of the gym to accommodate all age groups which they reluctantly obliged. They agreed to while also stating that they can not follow one child around, which no one asked them to. I'm not sure why 2 instructors need to be with 5 kids (there was a third employee there too but more on that later). Anyway, some time later my 2 year old was approaching the white fenced off area where parents were to be behind and almost sustained a very serious injury. It was dramatic to say the least!! They had gotten out the swing that hangs from a metal chain and were pushing kids directly in front of the parents. This area is not blocked off or anything. I stated screaming for my child to move as I could not immediately physically reach him and finally the young man pushing the kids came and snatched him up. After that, the third employee who was there but not on the floor remained present until play was over. Several final thoughts here. 1. Staff was rude, very young and clearly not trained well. It was obvious that the young age annoyed them. If you are not going to allow parents on the floor then you need to have adequate safety precautions in place to be able to keep everyone safe. 2. Make exceptions to the rules. Perhaps you can allow parents on the floor with children 3 and under. 3. If you're unwilling to properly train staff or make exceptions to the parents on the floor rule then you need to amend the age requirement to at least 4 and up only. 4. Lets be transparent to those who book parties. The host stated that they were never informed of any potential issue with accommodating different age groups or of the no parents rule. 5. I'm not sure how much the host spent, but I've attended a birthday at metro and it was far better than this place! Metro gymnastics did games and interacted with kids. These three individuals seemed irritated to be at work.

I do NOT recommend this place. We had my grandson's birthday party there and I was very disappointed. The girl "helping" us was not pleasant and had no business working with kids. We were supposed to have the party room until 8:00 and one of the other employees was in our room at 7:45 cleaning up trying to rush us out. A friend was there for a party right before ours and she said the same thing. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else for your child's birthday party.
