We have called and called about receiving our refund of $500+ after moving out in June 8, 2022 of apartment 413. Management has called us 1x to obtain our address to send the check to; it was returned; then, July 27 an email from Mackenzie requested our address again. We have yet received our refund!!!! WTH. We have called numerous times and left message's with zero luck in talking to a human. Maybe posting to Yelp will help???!!!???!!!

I currently live here and feel completely opposite of the negative review! The office is very responsive and maintenance team is the best I have ever had at any apartment complex! I have lived at multiple apartments in 5 different states due to my job and this is one of the best!! It has also been the quietest and I have not experienced any of the loud noises or partying mentioned in the other review. The grounds are kept clean and the apartments are very nice. It does seem that non-residents use the pool here, but that is a problem that all complexes have and very hard to control. As with all apartment complexes everyone can have different experiences, but for me this has been one of the best experiences yet! I highly recommend these apartments. FYI...they just got bought out so a new company now runs the complex so we will see how that goes.

Zero stars. Run far far away from this place. They literally don't do anything when you have an issue. Loud neighbors, people parked in your paid parking spot, college kids vomiting in the main walkway.. you name it. The courtesy officer, who also is a MWC police officer, even told us that they won't enforce any actual rules even when she had spoke to them. Such a joke. The maintenance lady is nice enough, but I suspect she doesn't necessarily know what she's doing.. our apartment had a water leak since this place was constructed!!!! That they only found 5 years later!!! The gates are always broken, homeless people dumpster diving. In the summers the pools chalk full of people that don't even live here! The mail is always a nightmare too..Which is mostly the fault of the postal worker but again.. on top of everything else it's just mind numbingly frustrating living here. It takes a toll on you, with work and kids/dogs/chores etc.. dealing with all of the headaches this place comes with just isn't worth it. Seriously, it's exhausting. Take my advice and find somewhere else.. you and your family will be happier for it.Don't believe Colin. They don't care. Nothing will ever change

**PSA PLEASE be careful, these units seem tempting until the rest of the fees are added and you realize it's cheaper to just literally move to OKC. They can tell you whatever they think you'd like to hear to rope you into a contract that gouges you until the very end**The model we looked at was completely different than the one we actually got. After vacuuming, it was clear the apartment wasn't very clean before we moved our things in. The oven & proving drawer were still dirty (with crumbs, black stuff & dirt in both). There were little specks of white paint all over the wood floor that wouldn't come up even after scrubbing for a year that gave the effect of a dirty floor 24/7. When we put in that we weren't renewing our lease, they charged us for a "deep cleaning" fee for the carpets, which again were literally dirty when we moved in. The tan paint is poorly, quickly done & all over the walls. I hung a mirror over the door & moved it only after a week or so & it had stuck to the paint. After just 1 month of living there, 9 months of construction ensued with roofers, woodworkers, painters, etc. creating constant noise, a shortage of places to park & just chaos for the 9/12 months we were there. A couple of months after we moved in, there were issues with our toilet & we had to have someone come fix it. About once a month, we would continue to have issues with our toilet but after an incident where I (female) called the maintenance crew to explain the issue, I was asked if I plunged it, I had, so I asked if they could call a plumber or if I was supposed to. The guy laughed at me, asked if I used tampons (I don't btw) & said that they can only plunge the toilets. It wasn't until my boyfriend came home on his break from work and called that they said they could come later in the day and brought in a plunger & large metal pole that they used for about 30 minutes before anything happened. After that, we never called maintenance. When they were painting, we didn't know if we should keep the birds nest up that had been there since we moved in, but after they had already painted it, they just tore it down anyways and left the old paint spot there. They painted the doors, but only to the seal & only on the outside so they have a really weird, uneven appearance now. (If you'd like to see the pics they're posted to the Apartment Reviews website)

Loved there for 2.5 years. Honestly it was a pretty good experience. Walls are thick, and almost never heard neighbors unless it was extremely faint on a few occasions. Clean, new, and we'll maintained cabinets. Great water pressure. The huge wide bathtub is great for both baths and having extra room in the shower. Comfortably fits 2. There's also plenty of parking, even if you don't pay for covered parking. Also offer valet trash. Pretty good gym too.Only negatives would be the following. Dishwasher wasn't great, but it was passable. They have also increased rent by a few hundred in the past few years, but when I first started living there it was way cheaper than it had any right to be. Gym did have an extra treadmill, but it started failing, and instead of getting it fixed they just left it for months before throwing it out. Feels like it could use a third treadmill at times when the other two fill up so fast, but there are a good collection of dumbbells and machines.I did get my security deposit back as well. So that tips them to a 5 for me!

ATTENTION MILITARY MEMBERS: Hidden charges at move-out (under carpets)1.) They will charge you $283 for carpet replacement.2.) You cannot dispute it.3.) They will not show you what the underside of the carpet looks like before you move-in.4.) They will not check your apartment with you when you move out. 5.) They will say carpet damage was from you even if you have never had a pet in the apartment. Story below: I lived here for 1 year. I was charged $283 after I moved out for carpet replacement. There is no way, as a tenant, I would pull back the carpets to check and see if they had any stains on them upon moving in or moving out. I had no way to dispute this either. I do not own any pets nor ever brought an animal into my apartment. Boulevard at Lakeside pulls back the carpets and checks under the carpet for stains. One manager said it was pet damage, and the other did not. The stains at the top of the picture would be below where the headboard of my bed was. It appears to be pet damage since there are multiple stains all concentrated in the same area. Once again, I never had a pet in there nor spilled anything in that room. They claimed they had pictures of pet food inside and outside my apartment but failed to attach such photos. When I moved out, I asked the managers if one if them could walk through the apartment with me to make sure it looked alright. They both said that was not necessary, and I would just be charged a $45 carpet cleaning fee. Instead, I was charged $283 for carpet replacement for damage I do not believe I caused. The minimum average life of a carpet is 3 years. I lived there one year.

Our A/C stopped working on a hot day at 8:30 at night. We called maintenance expecting to have them just fix it in the morning.. but Heather answered the phone and was on the way and at our door within 5 minutes!! Heather not only fixed it and got it working quickly but took our trash on the way out!! An absolute amazing human being! On behalf of me and my wife thank you Heather!!!

I would not even give this establishment one star but it requires you to at least do that. All I can tell you is if you are desperate enough to move in here, make sure to screenshot, save, and record everything! The office staff is rude and unprofessional as well as the leasing manager conducts business as well as she cleans her porch. My apartment was immaculate on move-out and I still will not receive my deposit. When asking any questions, you will be treated as if you are dumb and should not expect anything but passive aggressiveness. I also tried to message management about specifically Makenzie, and Makenzie specifically called me back to confront me. The way they do business is absurd. 10/10 do not recommend!

The apartment itself was average. We had to terminate the lease early, and the property manager MaKenzie sprung a surprise final bill on us that was not mentioned in the lease, e-mail, or conversation. Despite trying to work it out with her, she sent the debt to collections. The lack of transparency and care she showed was astounding. Shady and incompetent. Beware.
