Boomer Creek Apartments

This complex used to be nice, quiet, and clean, with respectable neighbors. Now it is going downhill, with dirty, extremely loud and rowdy neighbors. Noise is expected in apartments, but this is well above and beyond. Pet poop is everywhere from the numerous oversized dogs, and smokers chainsmoking constantly in the common areas. Please don't let this place turn into another 40 North, because that is where it's heading.
