This dealership is under new management both in sales and service. Completely different vibe than before. Customer service is the number 1 priority. Jose Santos the new service manager will make sure you get taken care of and on the sales side Bryan and Scott are managers not afraid to talk to customers. Go check them out

Been by there three times since Allen Samuels left and the service has fell off! Use to be able to go there and get your car serviced if you showed up first thing in the am. Now they don't know if they can get it done. Can't find records or just seem to have no clue what's going on. I first used this dealership as Allen Samuels and drove from Wichita as the dealer in Wichita was crooked. Never had a problem, now it is nothing but problems there! I have had VW's for over 18 years and have never been disappointed until now.

The service department is awful I've taken vehicle there twice each time, I've had an issue. They call and say car is ready get there and it's not severalThings weren't done, and they didn't wash so I had wait again over a hour poor customer service I won't be back going to cable vw

We bought this car 3 months ago and it has already been in the shop 4 times. The service department always assures us all the issues have been fixed but then less than a month later it's back in the shop. Twice I have gone to get something fixed and they have forgot to put back on a part of my car so I've had to go in and ask for them put it back on. Just recently we dropped the car off so they could make sure that the car still wasn't burning oil (after they "fixed" it). We were told it would take less than an hour to check but we were headed out of town so we wouldn't be back for a week to get it back, hoping if there were any issues it could be fixed by the time we got back. We never heard anything so we assumed all was well. We went to pick it up this morning and of course there's still a problem and we never received a call! Very frustrated me and my husband were sold a car that in less than a month had to be in the shop and now the service department seems to not be able to fix the issues.
