Picked up my new 2025 Kia K5 GT with the GT1 package today and so bummed my sales person was out sick. However the sales manager, Kim, who helped me today was the nicest and most sincere guy I have come across in this industry. Overall love this Kia and love the team at Bob Moore Kia.

My car was towed in 3 days ago and I have called at least 20 times trying to see what was going on. Nobody in the service dept could even answer the phone so I came down to the lot. I walk in and there's three guys in the service department sitting on their butt doing nothing but yet they couldn't answer my phone calls. I will never recommend this place to anybody not to mention they hadn't even started the work on my car

My husband and I had a wonderful experience, our salesman William was very transparent through the whole process and we were out of there within a few hours. emails are not honored and then after the salesman has a tough conversation and doesn't live up to his word, asks for an immaculate review for exchange of floor mats. rep didn't even acknowledge me when I was in the waiting room after purchase and never sending the email. if I get a free day or 10...I'll go picket for customers to use an independent dealer which will likely be just as untruthful, but at least it's expected. all of the kia dealerships (likely all dealerships) in Oklahoma, as I can speak to them...need to understand that you are only as good as your word. lies and deception may make you money today, but it damn sure doesn't cultivate loyalty or good reviews from customers (shows in the star rating too!!). hence the reason I shopped and went with the car in stock that I liked at the price. AI agents are much cheaper and more trustworthy. cut retail employees and/or bonuses or don't...but carvana didn't start up bc people love to talk with car salesmen.

I made an appointment for an oil change and two recalls (that are inspection only). Was told it would take 2 hours to do these three things. I told the service guy to skip the recalls and was then told an oil change with an appointment would take 1.5. Every single time I bring my car, the service department is rude and in absolutely no hurry to get their customers in and out. An oil change with an appointment should in no way take 1.5 when I can go down the road and be in and out with no appointment 30 minutes. Not to mention an employee has his son at work with him today from the service department and the kid is running around and up under everyone's feet.

Worst place to get any type of service. my mirror was completely destroyed and I went there because they would know how to fix my mirror. they don't tell me upfront what my charge is and tell me that the item itself is 40 bucks one minute, but then when I show up, they tell me that the labor is 100 dollars. I pay it anyways, thinking it's better than nothing and after an hour and 30 minutes-- they have the audacity to not even properly calibrate my mirror's motor. when I addressed this concern with Nathan, he said "oh you just need to adjust it with your fingers or we can fix the whole mirror for 400 dollars." I understand having to apply labor fees, but 100 dollars for them to slap on a slab of glass and they don't even calibrate it properly where I can actually SEE is ridiculous. I wouldn't even go here if I just need a tune up.do yourself a favor and just go to a local mechanic. At least they'd have the decency to do the job 100% through

This here is my first ever review.I was what I would call a Kia enthusiast(never own a different brand) and currently the proud( not so proud anymore) owner of a 2015 Kia Soul that I loved very much until few months ago when I started experiencing engine problems.I had my car towed to Bob Moore Kia northwest and after a stressful 2 months and 4 days (during which I had to pay for a rental and still trying to be reimbursed by Kia), I was able to get my car back on June 27th 2023 at around 5:47pm with a remanufactured engine. I didn't really drive on the 28th and on the 29th I drove to pick up my groceries from Walmart. On my way there my car started acting out, stopped in the middle of the road and was filled of smoke, I struggled to open the doors and was helped out by passersby. I had my car towed back to the same dealership was told some pipes were not tight enough , came loose because of the pressure spreading coolant all over everything and the lady that was at the counter ensured me it is fixed and I was not provided any receipt or documentation for it.Fast forward to Saturday 8th July, while driving to work I started to smell like burned plastic, the engine check light came on, the car was shaking and the time for me to take the exist there was smoke everywhere. I called Bob Moore Kia and was told service was closed and will be open Monday so I had to miss the full shift and figure out what to do.Today Monday, I was able to get to the dealership(missing work) and after about 2h of wait I am told there is a hole on my radiator neck or something like that (estimated repair to cost about $400)that I responsible for, my car shakes, I can turn my car off, take the key out and the engine will still be on.My car stayed more that 2month at the dealership with no hole, no hole was found when I brought the car back because of loose pipe caused by pressure, but it my fault, I am told the color of coolant in my car is not used by Kia but my car was not at another dealership or garage and I don't know how or where to put coolant. This is for sure my last Kia.Thank you Kia , I will now be stressed driving my car until I can get rid of it.

The service team at this dealer was amazing and very accommodating. My 22 telluride had a very rare issue and I brought it in with no appointment on a Friday. My concerns were addressed quickly the team provide quick service and provided me with a rental while it was repaired. They kept me updated on status without me having to contact them. I live far from this dealer but will continue to take the trip to service my car here instead of any other dealer.
