The d-ring mount is upside down. They didn't reassemble it correctly. They were gonna try to charge me around $400 for the reassembly.

She looks brand new but I have returned it back to the collision center for multiple issues. The trunk won't even open

After a car accident in December, Bob Moore has been nothing but stellar in fixing my car and following up with us afterward. Very grateful for their kindness, ease of use, and general customer service in every step.

Most collision/dent repair shops have mixed reviews because nobody wants to see their car damaged and have to get repaired, right? Whether it's the long wait, back and forth estimates, or unsatisfactory end result, it's hard to find an honest and trustworthy place. Fortunately, I had a solid experience.I was driving down a back road, and to my amazement, I got clipped on the right rear quarter panel as the mailman was turning right. I was even more dumbfounded when I saw him continue to drive off. It wasn't until he stopped at a house to deliver some mail, that I was able to park behind him and ask if he knew what had just happened 30 seconds ago."Hey...umm...you know you just hit me, right..?""What?"Long-ish story short, I have a dash cam and showed him the video of him clipping me. GET A DASH CAM PEOPLE. They're pretty darn useful. Either way though, this guy was super nice, just slightly absent minded that day, so I don't think it would have been an issue even if I didn't have the dash cam.So after calling Bob Moore Collision, I was able to go in for a quick inspection that took about 10 minutes. After some back and forth between Bob Moore and the mailman's insurance, they agreed on a price, and my car was ready for drop off. Everything was ready for the rental until I had told the lady on the phone that I was 24. That's when I found out that the same rules for renting a car apply to car rentals for collision center loaners. Kind of lame, but oh well. Luckily, my mother was out of town for 2 weeks, so I was able to use her car for the week or week and a half that it took to fix my car. When I got my car back, I was impressed with the quality of work. They told me they would have to essentially repaint the entire side, even if it was just a tiny section of the car that was damaged, and I was a bit worried. But to my surprise, it looked brand new and I almost wished that the mailman hit me on the other side where I have an existing scratch. Darn.My only minor complaint is that my window visor, held in by 3M tape and clips, had to be taken off for repainting. When I looked at it afterwards, it was reapplied with 3M and the clips were in, BUT they were broken. So whoever stuck the clips back in tried to hide fact that they broke them, and just stuck it back in hoping I wouldn't notice. Not a big deal as the 3M is more important, but some honesty would have been better than just happening to find the error on my own.Overall it was still a good visit. I hope I don't have to come back, because who wants to have to go back to a repair shop, but if I do need to, I think Bob Moore has my trust.

I took my Audi Q5 (which I purchased from Bob Moore Audi in OKC) in on May 19th for what was to be an estimated 15 day hail damage repair and the completion date has now been pushed 3 extra weeks. It has cost me hundreds of dollars in rental car fees with no effort to rectify or expedite my repairs. I have never had a body shop experience this frustrating. The expectations were not clearly defined and it has been a huge inconvenience.

Although I didn't get my car back after the wreck, Juan was really fantastic as he went through all the damages, explaining the cost of repair to help me understand why the situation wouldn't work out. He went the extra mile, taking me out to my wrecked car to show me in detail all the areas that generated the most cost for the repair and helped my car-illiterate self figure out what some of the best options would be after this.

I had them fix the fender liner on My Mazda twice. First time was after road debris caused it to come off. Second time because it came off just driving down I-35. Took the car back in to fix it and they have never gotten back to me about fixing it and that was 3 months ago. Have called and called and they always say someone will get back to me. Very disappointed.

Least helpful people imaginable. Brought my car in for an estimate. Essentially refused to give any idea on timing of repairs. Not willing to answer simple questions.

Took our car in on May 19th for hail damage repair, we were told it would be several weeks, which was reasonable considering the damage that had occurred. However, it has been over 2 months and our car is still not done. Kimberley does not communicate and we have received a text 2 weeks in a row stating it was going into paint (That started 3 weeks ago). Every time we call (because they are terrible about offering updates) there is another reason it is not done or a part they are waiting on. We now know why they are not a certified shop. At this point, it's actually scary wondering what kind of repairs our car is getting. We have zero faith or trust in a company who treats customers this way.
