10 Septe10 October 2024I give Bob Moore Cadillac a zero for customer service and promptness.My folks are in their 80's, Dad believed only a Cadillac place would be able to fix the car well enough to keep. It is a newer model. The 26 June 2024, the Cadi was taken to Bob Moore to wait until they could get to it. Every call to them we are told they didn't have parts. Then a couple weeks ago we were told while it sat in their parking lot it was hailed on and has hail damage now. Today my folks call again to find out if they have made any progress on the Cadi and would you believe they tell her they STILL don't have the parts they need? And they will not discuss fixing the hail dent on their own insurance. This was a lovely vehicle in pristine condition except for the front right wheel and everything underneath related to that, from an accident sustained on 5 June 2024.It is difficult for me to believe that almost 4 months later and still no information on the parts. No calls or emails except when it was damaged by hail. They need their Cadi, doctors appointments, worship and life all require a vehicle these days. It is my hope that this will be done better. At least call people monthly to tell them the status is still the same, that at least would seem like they were trying.Okay MORE hail damage as it waits in their parking lot, still they do NOT take any responsibility.

Note: couldn't give Bob Moore Cadillac of Edmond zero stars. Brought a CTS in for service for driver door lock problems. Was told it was going to be "4 days". Just picked up the car yesterday... More than a month and a half later. The service department sat on the car for over a month and then passed it on to their collision center. The initial quote to fix was $2479 and involved repainting the door (?). I encouraged them to "find a better way" and they admitted they couldn't find the real parts. So I contacted a salvage yard and physically brought them the parts. Their revised approach to fix was quoted at $396, but final bill was $587 (?). It was clear that the service and collision centers didn't coordinate. It was clear that there was something majorly nefarious with the initial work quote. Are these the people to trust with your next $70,000 car purchase? Nope! Moore is indeed less. (Note: I don't review often.)

My daughter was driving to OK City when her check engine light appeared. Luckily there was a Cadillac dealership very close to the hotel. While they didn't have any appointments, my daughter took it there hoping they would be able to work on it prior to her return to TX. Doug, the service advisor met her and assured that they would be able to help her out. They diagnosed the car and were able to get repairs completed prior to closing. As a Cadillac family I am grateful to know that the Cadillac quality and responsiveness we are accustomed to at home is felt outside of our home dealership. Be careful with trade and resale values!They offered me 30% less than the dealer literally across the street for my rare, sought-after configuration, basically new (less than 3000 mi) Escalade ESV in this no/low inventory environment!. Then they were rude when I called them on the low amount. Do your value research before you go there.

This dealership should be avoided if possible. After attempting to purchase a Cadillac from them I went to Dallas. Now the first service here was a disaster. After waiting for hours they did not do my alignment. I have no idea if the oil was changed or not. If possible go somewhere else. Even they suggest it! They do not want you here. A lot of Cadillac dealers seem to have a problem with customer service now. Both sales and service. I have been an Escalade driver for many years but this will be my last if things don't turn around quickly.

My car was left unlocked when being serviced. It was completely emptied out and has cost me about $3k. No apology from the manager, was still charged for my oil change, etc & now dealing with the police that found the lady on camera. I paid well over $100k for a car there to be done extremely wrong. Wouldn't buy a car or have a single thing done by them again.
