Blue J's Rollin Grill

I had the smoky burger. It was really good. It was grilled to perfection with cheese, bacon and bbq sauce on it. I really liked it. The salt and vinegar French fries tasted like regular fries to me and they were soft and not fried crispy like I prefer. We were the 2nd ones to order and it took them 20 minutes to make our burgers. They didn't seem ready when we got there 10 minutes after they were supposed to open. Kinda frustrating to have to wait that long at a food truck

I'm a sucker for a traditional burger and there's hit the mark. It wasn't overly greasy and had a good overall taste. It felt a little pricey to me personally for the type of burger I got. It felt like a today traditional burger, fries, and a drink for $20. Not awful, but the taste and price landed me at a 4 instead of a 5 since I expect someone a little more. They text you when your food is ready but that wasn't working today, so I got my food later, so that may have impacted it as well. I probably won't go to the rail yard for their food exclusively but it was good food.

Opening Energy game at Taft Stadium. The burger was good but missing tomato (they were out). Extremely slow for a food truck. Maybe undermanned? I remember getting food from this truck before and it was much better and faster. Update: I just received a message from Michelle with Blue J's Rollin' Grill. It turns out they were not expecting the level of business that the Energy fans brought to the game. They quickly ran out of product and had to operate a man down due to product runs to nearby stores. Michelle and her team responded politely to my review and offered to make right the inconvenience.

We've eaten here at the Railyard many times. Today, they advertised a new salmon burger and the ad referenced Postmates. We ordered from Postmates, but since it wasn't listed, we used the regular burger and asked for the salmon patty. We also ordered burgers and grilled cheese for three other people. Without contacting us, they simply canceled the salmon burger part of the order and sent out the rest with Postmates. No chance to sub or cancel, just one person with no dinner. Will never order here again.Update: They even got the stuff we got wrong.

If you're lookin for a quick burger then this is your place. It's inside the Edmond Railyard so there's a huge amount of variety but I think some forget that with lots of variety risks lack of quality. It's a fine burger and the fries seem like something you get at Sams in bulk. Prices weren't awful. Kinda what you expect to pay in a restaurant for lunch in Edmond, OK. I would do 3.5 if they gave me the option, best way to put it, nothing special

These are amazing people who bring joy to the community with their amazing elevated Americana dishes. I had the Jalapeño Popper burger and truffle fries. From the bun to the burger every part of it was delicious. Track them down and chow down on great food with cool folks!

Tried this truck after a basketball game in Newcastle. Entirely solid! Everything is made to order and perfectly cooked. Daughters had the all beef hot dogs and absolutely demolished them. I chose the Bubba J burger combo while my wife chose the Keto burger. Both burgers had decent flavor but the jalapeños and sauces really brought everything together. On the keto burger there was a pleasant twist in they used spinach instead of lettuce but then added cabbage to give it a crunch. Definitely try their Smokey Aoli! Lastly, I was very pleased to see the drinks weren't small 12oz cans rather 16oz so there was plenty to last the duration of the meal.

EXCRUCIATINGLY slow service. How can you have a food truck with no line and it take 30 mins to get a burger and fries? More staff. More food. More something. The woman manning the grill clearly isn't in any hurry to get the food out. It's a good thing they are one of only three food trucks with a captive audience, because otherwise I don't think they could survive. Food is good, but damn it better be. I could have the best burger imaginable ready if I had 30 mins to cook it.

This is what it feels like to be an American: Eating a beautiful burger from a food truck on a Friday . Michelle, co-founder of Blue J's, recently reached out to me about trying one of their delicious burgers for lunch and I'm so glad she did. I told her husband that I'm a mushroom fiend and he suggested their popular mushroom burger and famous truffle fries. This burger was all around so GOOOOD! It comes with mushrooms (obviously) with Swiss cheese melted all over a delicious well-seasoned patty that sits on fresh spinach, cabbage and pickles with dijon horseradish aioli slathered on each side of the bun. It was so beautiful I couldn't just choose ONE photo. And the truffle fries!! Crinkle cut fries tossed in truffle oil and sprinkled with Parmesan and parsley. Now I see how some people come here for fries only. Heaven in your mouth. Thank you Blue J's for such a delicious lunch! Can't wait until we meet again. The lady that took out order was rude, they had no prices on their menu just on the special. She had no patience& the food could've been better. But overall I enjoyed the time with my family.
