Best St Paddy's Day with Black Diamond Party Limo Party Bus I booked a 16 passenger bus for our day !! Everything was top level service !! This is the 4th party bus I've booked in 3 years and I will not use any other company but them ! Kimberly was great with communication and getting what we wanted booked. Our driver Paul (picture included) was awesome and lots of fun !! Nothing but great compliments from everyone in our group !!

IF there was a 0 i would give it. If you rent a LIMO, you expect a LIMO but instead an old party bus shows up with no drinks and no a/c ....also no call ahead of time to tell us they weren't sending a LIMO. It was for prom for only 4 kids. We don't want an empty party bus! So senior year, we decided to spend the extra money for a LIMO for pics and for the girls to have a fun experience.... THANKS for RUINING that!

Top of the line party bus experience in OKC. I can't imagine a nicer set up than what we experienced. The driver was courteous and prompt and bus was unlike any party bus I'd ever been in. Will definitely be using Black Diamond for all my party bus needs going forward.

We rented a 16 passenger party bus from Black Diamond for a Bachelorette Party. Everyone had a blast!! Destiny at Black Diamond was so easy to work with and scheduled the rental for us no problem. Our driver was very laid back and easy going and took us wherever we wanted to go. Highly recommend in the OKC area!

I've used Black Diamond for as long as I can remember! Their busses are very affordable, the drivers and staff are nothing but amazing! If you want a fun and classy looking party bus, Black Diamond are the people who you need to call! I haven't and won't use any other Limo/Party Bus service but them! Thanks for all you do!!!

On time with a friendly driver and good service. Second time we've used them. The bus is more comfortable than the limo, but both are fine. Will use again.

Horrible Experience. Did not deliver what was promised. Called and emailed no response. DO NOT TRUST this company. Note Sent to Jace (Owner) and Kimberly Mgr below.I called to rent a limo to see the Christmas lights with our family. When booking I asked for a limo that could comfortably sit my 6'6" 20 yr old autistic son. I was told you had a luxury 16 person "limo bus" that would work. I explained the whole purpose of this trip was to give my son a comfortable, quiet ride and beautiful experience with family that would be not be overwhelming where we could see Christmas lights together. I was told the bus would be even better than the original limo ask because the windows were so big. When I was told about the limo bus I did ask that any strobe type lights and music be turned off.What showed up was -- a very nice driver Kim and an old converted diesel school bus without working shocks that was loud, smelled, had no AC ( or broken) and had broken windows that constantly rattled. It was a dive bus not a luxury limo bus... and looked nothing like pictures on the website. The diesel smell, and push pull of the low/no shock ride and caused 2 folks to get motion sickness. But most disheartening of this entire event, was that instead of enjoying the experience it was another event my son had to "endure". This is huge for autistic folks... they spend a lot of time having to "endure." They also avoid new experiences because they can be overwhelming. Jason has ridden in a limo before and was looking forward to this experience. I can't believe that this gift instead turned into another thing he had to "endure." 20 minutes into the ride he was asking me when it would stop. He didn't want to cause an issue for everyone else and just tried to bear it. I spent the entire 2 hours trying to hold the ratting window to lessen the noise and letting my son squeeze my hand to try to calm down. It was awful. It cost $595 for 2 hours + $80 tip to the driver who was nice and tried to make the best of it (not her fault about the bus). I could have chartered a much more comfortable van for all of us that made it easy to see the lights for half the price... but we wanted to do something extra special. You have got to know the 'bus' you sent was not even close to special and definitely not conducive to comfort, quiet or even good for Christmas light viewing. And, if you didn't have something that would work for us, you should have told me instead of taking our money. Everyone agreed to have this experience instead of Christmas presents to make this a great night for my son. Almost $700 for two hours should have given us a wonderful experience...not even close to what you delivered.I am heartbroken. I don't understand why you would do something like this. I can only believe that somewhere someone did not get the brief or did not understand the ask...even though there were multiple phone calls and texts about this. I understand every business can make a mistake. I am hoping you will show you are more than the mistake and will find a way to rectify this.

Terrible! Brought an awful bus and leaked oil all over my driveway. When I told the driver, he said, "sorry...there's nothing I can do about that!" I told him to park in the street when he returns and he parked in the driveway again, again, he said, "sorry...forgot...nothing I can do about it now!" He said that the owner would give me a call to help me come to a resolution, but the owner of the company never called. I left numerous voicemails and sent numerous text messages and no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Use someone else! They are terrible!

They left 16 teens stranded at a restaurant for almost 2 hours on prom night, by the time they returned and drove them to prom they had less than 30 mins left of prom. The parents were not notified that there was an issue until the kids started calling us after waiting for 15-20 mins to be picked up.Horrible customer service! Will not return calls about complaint, Kimberly is very rude each time I have spoke to her, nobody at Black Diamond seems to care or think the parents should be concerned with the companies actions! We have asked for a refund and over a month later they have not attempted to resolve this!
