Birrieria Utzil

I hate to say that I'm disappointed, but I am. I really wanted to like this place and support small local businesses. However, if I'm being completely honest-- this was probably my least favorite birria taco that I've gotten around here. It's $10 for a taco place which includes two tacos, beans and rice. This spot is just three minutes down the street from me, convenient. Ok let's taco bout it!! I'm not sure if it's because I came later in the day (7pm), but my tacos had twice the amount of cheese than birria. It honestly just felt like I was eating cheese. The tacos do not look anything like the birria tacos on their Instagram page either. I thought most places dip their tortillas in the consome before frying it. I did I like the consome, it was very tasty. I'm just confused on what went wrong? The rice and beans were very ordinary, nothing spectacular. I did like their sauces, I think I prefer the red over the green. They asked prior if I wanted everything on it, which I did. However no onions or cilantro were included. So I'm not sure what they meant by everything?I ordered, and then instructed that I sit and wait in my car & they will bring my order to me. That was nice. I wish they had outdoor table seating or something. Customer service was good. I'll probably consider coming back and trying this place again.

absolutely outstanding flavors. staff is so kind as well. the birria tacos were the best, they have all kinds of tacos and even a burger. they make their food from scratch so it is always fresh!!! affordable as well, one taco is only about $3. HIGHLY recommend stopping by!!! Antonio is the best!

Great flavor and taste! The birrieria tacos were delicious , get the plate so you can try more of their authentic food and sauces.

Amazing service! We came here one late night and ordered some birria tacos, esquite elotes, chips and queso, and chicken and asada tacos. Our total came to about $30 which is a bit on the pricier end for taco food trucks. We were told to wait in our car and they would bring our food out to us which was sweet. My partner preferred the chicken over the asada tacos which were a shock to me, but upon looking at the tacos, the asada meat looked beat up and minced which was weird! My birria taco was delicious-- it wasn't the best one I've had, but it was still really tasty with their fragrant consommé. The elote was a bit disappointing, so I had to add more seasoning, mayo, and cheese. The chips and queso were amazing though. I could eat a bowl of that queso! The chips were freshly fried and not too oily. Overall, a friendly and tasty establishment!

Can Fat People Eat Here? Yes5 stars: yes3: maybe1: noPortions are good here, and solid pricing. Not my favorite Birria in the city but it's still good. I got the burrito and elote first time then tacos the second time, and ate some torta from my wife. If you are hungry, get the burrito. If you want better flavor, tacos and torta. Solid meal all around.

I liked the tacos they were delicious. The salsa was spot on too. I would come here again.

Very good shrimp taco with plenty of shrimp and the puerco pabil was tasty also, but a little dry. Can't beat the price for good tacos!

Incredible birria tacos! I usually come here a couple times a month. I would go out of my way for this place for sure. Never disappoints.

Best Birria tacos in Oklahoma City.. must try bring your friends and family. You will all enjoy.
