Bike One

Took my Schwinn to Bike One for a tune up. Was quoted a couple of days which I thought was really quick considering the time of season (biking and outdoors stuff) and Norman where lots of people walk and bike. Three weeks pass and it was done so I go into the store to obtain my bike regardless if done or not. Lo and behold it was finished. They did an excellent job I'll say. The bike rides like brand new, gears change seamlessly, brakes stop the bike on a dime, and I'm coasting now. Although lack of appropriate communication I would definitely recommend the place for bike repair and/or purchase. Side note...REALLY cute guys work in there too! Lol

I needed assistance with my wife's Huffy bike seat that fell apart when I attempted to repair it. I dropped by Bike One, and James without hesitation, while strictly adhering to social distancing, repaired the seat and patiently instructed me on how to correctly reinstall the seat. He reluctantly accepted payment for the assistance he provided. I look forward to doing more business with Bike One and James.

The only place I could find a second hand Day 6. While there, bought a great secondhand Trec 7200 for my wife. Both checked out well, pricing was fair, service excellent. Drove from Graham Texas.

I just bought a 2018 Trek Domane SL6. I was deciding between the Roubaix and the Domane. Bike one weighed into the decision. Bike Lab was a nightmare experience. So, that made my decision easier. If in fact you do buy a Specialized, the guys at Wheeler Dealer are nice. I found the Bike One service to be a cut above. They really know their stuff and worked with me on the price of my bike. The bike itself is perfect. I have nothing but good to say. Plus lifetime service adjustments after the sale if you buy from Bike One. 2 locations as well which make life easier. Go with Bike One. Talk to Tommy in Norman. He will provide excellent service and James did my fitting. I have to say. These guys are both awesome.Since buying my first bike in May, I have gone to buy another bike and worked with Kevin on 2 fittings. This shop really is a cut above. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Service after the sale has been a great experience.

James and the guys at Bike One provide great customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.

Consistently excellent customer service and top-of-the line quality work. Plus the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and never belittles you. I can't imagine going anywhere else for bike servicing.

I went here to tune up three bikes. One was brand new but a gift and I wanted to make sure it was okay. The other two were 10-year-old bikes. I was happy when the staff member said that he would tune up the new bike for free, but then the tire exploded on the way to my car. I was in a hurry so I left it with them. When I came back the next day, they charged me over $20 for a new tube. This is a bike that has NEVER BEEN RIDDEN. It actually hasn't even been sat on. They could tell by the tread on the tires. Then I came back because the tire exploded again before I even had the chance to ride it. The staff member claimed it was the opposite tire, so they must have had "bad" tubes. No one offered to show me the previous invoice so I could see. So I shelled out another $20-something for a second tube. I don't remember for certain which side it was, but it is suspicious and inconsiderate that a brand new bike with nothing wrong ended up with 2 exploding tubes after Bike One aired them up. Not to mention no one was particularly friendly to me. I felt like they didn't want me there the whole time I was there, and I was just annoying them. As far as the older bikes I had tuned up, I ended up not getting a chance to ride them immediately, and one of the tires was low within a week. They agreed to air it up for free. Let's see if it explodes or leaks again. I came here because my friend purchased a bicycle and said how nice they were. Maybe they are nice if you buy from them, but I guess I will go somewhere else for tune ups! I am so disappointed.

Words can't express how thankful I am for James, he was very helpful with discerning the issue with my bike and took his time which meant the world to me. I ended up bringing it back to have some cables replaced. Also the koi pond is very zenn. Highly recommended, ask for James!

I've been taking my bikes and have purchased a few from BikeOne over the years. These guys really are great.

Came in to get a front wheel put on a bike... it took them 4 days and returned the BRAND NEW bike with the glossy paint eviscerated when I had barely taken it out of the BOX and took it there pristine. If you care about the quality of your belongings and it done in ANY kind of an acceptable manner go elsewhere. Because clearly these morons do NOT know what they're doing and will just fuck your property up and expect payment.
