Traci ([email protected]) did an awesome job of getting me an excellent price for 6 days in Costa Rica at an all inclusive Riu resort with airfare! The total price was less than $1600! I contacted her and told her what I wanted and she emailed me back with 2 different options. I picked one and several months later off I went. One of the great things about booking with a travel agent is the option of making payments for the trip over several months. I had a great time and when there was a slight hiccup she fixed it for me! I was so pleased!

Amazing service from start to finish. I have used Big Sky twice. Once for an all inclusive to mexico with just my husband and myself and once for the whole family (5 children!) on a cruise. Both times went off without a hitch. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. Attentive to every need you could ever want to make your vacation affordable and relaxing!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The organization I work for exclusively uses Big Sky Travel Source to book flights for conferences and other corporate events and I've only experienced one agent there with a bit of an attitude (I don't think she's there anymore). Everyone else that I work with has been amazing and understands the issues that I have working in a corporate environment where things can go awry at the last minute. I highly recommend Big Sky to anyone needing a travel agency for work, pleasure or both!

We have used Big Sky Travel Source for 12 years for probably 15 or more major trips- including multiple cruises. Every experience has been excellent! All the staff goes out of their way to deliver customer service. They get to know you personally and what you like and want in your travel experiences. I have recommended them to friends and business acquaintances. Those who have used them have been very pleased. They are like your neighborhood travel agency - regardless of where you live. When we moved from Oklahoma City to Dallas, we have kept them as our travel agency. You won't be disappointed!I just read an earlier review that is negative and seems unlikely true. There has NEVER been a time I have had trouble getting a call or email returned. Those comments are simply not reflective of my 12 years of customer support and service.

My husband and I are so glad a friend recommended us to Big Sky Travel. It was so much easier to go through them then to try to figure out our plans myself online. They are so knowledgeable, honest, and they were able to work with our budget to create our perfect trip. All of the ladies in the office are super friendly but we worked directly with Judy. She put together an amazing anniversary trip for us to Rome, Florence, and Venice in May 2018. We didn't really know what we wanted to see or do so Judy asked us about our likes and interests. She took that information and she came up with the trip of lifetime. We had outstanding guided tours in every city, skip-the-line entrance tickets to the major attractions (must have!), friendly private chauffeur drivers waiting for us at every train station and airport, and to our surprise everything worked out as planned. We were so nervous that something would go wrong as first time travelers to Europe but everything went smooth! Next year we plan on travelling to Spain and Morocco and will most definitely be calling Judy when we are ready. I highly recommend contacting them before booking your next trip, you will never go back to online travel again.

I've never had any issues with this company. Great service, great communication, and we had a bomb vacation! Jennifer is wonderful, we will use Big Sky again in the future!
