Back in April I was browsing flooring companies for carpet to be replaced in master bedroom. I wasn't too impressed with the two stores I had been to prior to Big Bob's. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Eddie, very helpful, took the time to understand what the current project was, when I needed the install completed, my ideal budget. After selecting the carpet I wanted, next was the carpet padding. Instead of trying to upsell the most expensive padding like pervious experience; he was knowledgeable with padding, longevity, pros and cons; which made it easier to decide what type I wanted. Arnold installed our carpet, he arrived on time, did a great job. I returned to the store on 8/9 to purchase carpet for our other rooms, Eddie recognized me immediately, familiar with my next project. Paid/scheduled the install. Today 8/13 carpet was installed, Arnold and his crew arrived on time, happy with the install. I did have questions about the current carpet being installed, when I called the store Eddie was not available; Wes answered my questions, very thorough. We have 2 more rooms that need to have carpet replaced once they are painted/textured. Eddie called me to get the measurements of the rooms which I thought was awesome, one less thing to worry. All in all it has been a great experience.

Amazing. Customer service sells display short. They have a huge selection, great representatives, and amazing installers. I cannot recommend them enough.

Is there a reason there are NO PRICES on the website? And the chat BOT that pops up is not helpful.

The perfect one stop shop for home upgrades! I purchased Big Bobs Flooring 10 years ago and it looked so amazing and held up to wear and tear like a gladiator, I bought them again for the whole house!! Shopping online is easy due to the logical organization and "view in your room" tool. I then went in person to get help making smart decisions and was greeted by Callie and Wes- two sharp and helpful smiling people! If you are looking for fresh flooring for your kiddos to play on or a sharp look for a more modern feel that will stand the test of time, look no further!! Bring all your questions to them and they will set you straight!:) I love their product and the helpfulness of the staff- something many sometimes just don't have.

In Nov. 2018 my husband and I bought about 1500 sq feet of mid-grade carpet at Big Bob's Flooring to recarpet a house we completely remodeled. Our contractor used Big Bob's all the time and usually bought the lowest quality, however, we decided to upgrade. We live out of town from where the house is located so we purchased the carpet 10 days before Thanksgiving, but didn't have our contractor pick it up until a week after Thanksgiving. However, when the contractor picked it up, he said Big Bob's gave him the lowest quality carpet, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR THE HIGHER QUALITY. Do NOT use them, or do NOT be taken advantage of by Big Bob's.

Fair prices with huge selection. Great business and friendly, professional staff. CALLIE was attentive to my project and patiently worked with me, trying to match existing engineered hardwood with multiple wood samples. I spent just under 7k, to have my whole home get vinyl flooring put in. Or so I thought that is what I paid for, but they didn't touch 2 of the bedrooms closets! Nope, left the carpet! In the living room they left one plank approximately 1/2 inch from the freaking wall! My laundry room is a mess... and kitchen, then to add insult to injury they three away their puddy and debris under a bush in my front yard! Who does that ?? I saved for a few years to get new floors... I worked my Ass off to get something nice, and all I got was a bif F- You... I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!

I shopped for outdoor carpet for our patio and found exactly what I wanted at Big Bob's. The salesperson that helped me was very helpful. I had it installed this past weekend and it looks great . The installers were very prompt and professional.
