Biff's Fitness

I absolutely love this gym! It has changed my life. There is something for everybody. I have made so many friends; like-minded, motivated people! Great community!

Update: So Jamie, the owner of Biff's, gave my wife a call, apologized to her, asked for my number, gave me a call, apologized for any miscommunication/misunderstandings, asked how he could fix our issue, and quickly took care of my request. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. I may have jumped the gun a little bit by comparing Biff's to every other national chain gym because, obviously, they were willing to reach out to multiple people to apologize and get things right. Planet or Gold's Gym wouldn't have done that for us. My feelings on the gym itself haven't really changed since my first review. I never had issues with the equipment and the employees were friendly and respectful. And as previously stated, my wife really did love the in-person classes and misses her trainers like crazy. Overall, expect a quick turnaround on service related issues, an owner that shows a willingness to go above and beyond for his customers, and a clean and well maintained gym.

There are a few staff members that are really wonderful, but it's not enough to raise my rating. Crossfit is not included with your membership. Childcare is affordable, but it's just a big room with toys, there are no activities for your young ones. Classes are limited on weekends.DO NOT give them your credit card info. They have sent me to collections multiple times, while my membership was active, and then again after I quit my membership. Scam.

BFC (Biff's Fitness Center) is a solid gym in Yukon. They have an awesome schedule of classes, a nice selection of cardio equipment, and a large weight area. I haven't used their personal trainers yet, but you can have individual or group sessions if you like. The gym is always very clean,and the staff is professional and knowledgeable.The only downside is that there is not enough parking and the gym is too small for the amount of members they have. I think it's time to add a second floor.

I signed up 6 months ago.. but due to back surgery, I "canceled". Instead of canceling, they "froze" my account for 6-months. Today, they hit my bank account for$38.03. When I asked for a refund.. pretty much told I was SOL since I did not give them "written" notice of my cancellation.Be sure what you sign up for

Love this gym!!!! The leg room is amazing and since there aren't a lot of people utilizing the gym, there's so much freedom in super sets and doing whatever you want. Biffs is welcoming and they let me try the gym out first which was super nice. They only ask for an ID. If you are in need of a gym, come check it out yourself. Also, they are super clean and everyone wipes down their equipment which is nice.

I was here for their free Crossfit class held on Saturdays at 10am. Please note that the Crossfit class and other crossfit stuff are housed at the gym's other location that is unmarked. It is along the shopping strip adjacent to the main gym. Ask an employee at the main gym if you get lost. They can point you in the right direction.The class itself was fun and empowering. The instructor, Cody, was very patient with me as I was a first-timer. He worked with me in getting the right form and movements. The gym space itself is bare bones with the usual crossfit equipment to get you looking good and feeling great. I highly recommend Biff's for your workout needs!

I've been out of the game for over four years now, and my body tells me to get back in. Biff's has made it easy to do with my work schedule and their more than reasonable prices. Being a 24hr facility for members has made me have zero excuses to go to the gym. Busy place during peak hours, mostly right after five pm. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues getting on a bench or in a rack. Showers, locker room, and restrooms are clean. Facility is organized and easy to maneuver. I don't tan, but, it's an option if you want to get that look. Many classes are offered along with a CrossFit membership.... maybe later. This is not PF or any other big name gym. No pizza on fridays, no over zealous meathead pushing you to get done. They don't tolerate it. Love this place.

Great atmosphere and they are building on. Love the daycare as well. My son always enjoys their staff. Jamie the owner does a stellar job!

I am currently using Biffs as a temporary gym solution while I am in the Oklahoma City area working for a month. The housing I was provided, Kims Place, included a membership to this gym during my stay. I am very picky when it comes to a gym and I have memberships to LA fitness (for when I travel since its widely available) and Lifetime Fitness (nicer but not as many gyms nationwide). I was pleasantly surprised at this gym. Walking in it reminded me of a mini golds gym, very clean with bold colors and very much geared toward lifting. The size of the gym is not large but it has EVERYTHING you would need to get all different types of workouts in. The cardio section has everything from treadmills to ellipticals to stair masters. Moving over to the weight area there are a ton of options in the way of free weight selections. The resistant machines are far and few but will get the job done. Not a lot of space to do stretching or get an ab workout in,but you can always make room.I would give this gym a 3.5 star rating if it were available only due to its limited size. Overall, would I sign up for this gym if I lived in the area? Probably not. Do I enjoy using it during my stay? certainly!
