Bidder-Up Auctioneers

We recently used Bidder Up for an asset sale and our experience could not have been better! From the start, Loy was beyond helpful with the administration and logistics leading up to the auction date. Mike, a Bidder Up staff member, was also a tremendous help as he joined us for 3 days as we staged all the items that we had to sell. We had a very large auction and we had close to 400 people come! So, if you are having an auction, Bidder Up can definitely bring the buyers! I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is in need of services such as Bidder Up.Great Job!

Be very careful if you attend this company's auction and buy something. They announce at beginning of auction that once you buy you are responsible, but what they don't tell you is that they don't check receipts as you or other buyers are loading up their purchases. I think in my case they sold more than what they said were in a trailer. I bid on two, after winning the bid I had one of their employees go into the trailer with me and put my bidder number on two of the items. At the close of the auction I paid and I loaded one of the items in my vehicle and when I returned the other was gone and when I asked another attendee that was loading one of the same items into their vehicle, they said there was a number on it, but when they asked about it one of the auctioneers peeled it off and told them to take it. (Untruth ?) Anyway, I was scolded like a child when I went back to the cashier and asked if it was possible that the count could be off and I could get my cost back? The answer was NO, and the Auctioneer attempted to tell me a joke about a farmer (I declined) and that I had learned a $$$ lesson that day, and that next time don't come alone (in other words, one person to load and one to guard your items). Good advice, but won't ever use it at a Bidder Up Auctioneers event since I won't ever attend one again. cost of item + 10% buyer premium + tax = NO ITEM
