Best Western Plus Pauls Valley

Booked online only a few hours before arrival but check in went flawlessly. Got a room on the 1st floor just by asking. Room was clean and comfortable and no issues with anything in the room. My wife loved that it had a bathtub. Free breakfast in the morning that offered both sausage and ham. Checkout was fast and efficient. East to get to from the Interstate and close to gas stations and food.

Stayed here for 5 days very very clean here staff was amazing new gym gear here. Breakfast was lit af. Say less! No cap!!

Well I have stayed here on other occasions for work, but this time was horrible. Front desk lady on evening check in was very unprofessional. I had made my reservations a couple weeks in advance and requested lower floor. Well needless to say I was told upon arrival there was a group of men coming in and they had the lower floor. The elevator did not work and the so called manger on duty said it would be fixed next morning did not happen. I to say I was not acknowledged about my status with BW given wifi info just simply sign her and given my key. Spoke with the so called manger on duty in the morning about the situation and she really needs to have her people skills sharpened. If I wasn't on company expense I would have walked out of here. I've been in alot of hotels and have never been spoken to like I was here.

It's cute in the lobby and everything and the rooms look nice but the linen smelled so so bad and also had a couple messes on it. They didn't look like stains they looked like fresh spills of something. If it were to have smelt fresh and felt clean I'd give it 4 stars but I felt it wasn't worth the price and a nasty hotel bed will have me never wanting to come back.

We were told this location has been open for 10 days. The facility is gorgeous but the check in agent has not been trained properly. It took us over an hour to get put in a room. We were given 3 different rooms that were occupied by guest. YES, we walked in on someone sleeping. The second room we knocked, went in and it had luggage belonging to someone else and the third room had a do no disturb hanger so we didn't attempt to enter. We were finally given a room after going back and forth with the agent that had issues finding out reservations that was booked 3 days previous to arriving.

Stayed here and discovered our room contained bed bugs. The over night lady came up there and saw the evidence of them. She gave us another room for the night. The manager Miranda Blankenship came in the morning to speak with us about the incident. We showed her the video of the bed bugs we got and the bite marks that were on our arms and sides. She continued to tell us they didn't have bed bugs and when asked about how we got the video and the obvious bite marks on us she didn't have a response but insinuated that we were liars.

You want pet friendly??!! This is it!! Meet the team of wonderful ladies that helped me to find my cat when we thought she escaped the room!! The ladies put the place on lockdown to help find her! She ended up hiding inside the bed in the room but nonetheless, the ladies were amazing! They love animals! Just be sure to check them in with the front desk and they happily accommodate you!! Room was clean, air conditioner was ok..... Couldn't get two electronic keys because they were out of them. Had only one lightbulb working in the whole room and ending up getting some on day 2 and changing them ourselves. Needed clean towels and was told it would be an hour and a half wait! . Breakfast was horrible. Coffee machine wasn't working, gravy was tasteless and runny and sausage was horrible. I will never stay here again..

The new management here is amazing they get you the best deals and the best hospitality I've ever had staying here for work and they have breakfast ready and fruits and drinks to go highly recommend

The doors to the units slam closed, so all through the night and morning doors just kept slamming over and over. I asked for a later checkout hoping to make up for the lost sleep, but now housekeeping is allowing the doors to slam at a greater pace, they must be coming in and out of the rooms repeatedly near me. Could just prop the doors open for the rest of us. Worst sleep ever.
