Best Western Plus Chickasha Inn

Clean, friendly staff. Stayed here at least once a year for several years. Much better staff than the rude people at Fairfield (never going back there).And we don't usually stay at Best Westerns...

Stayed over on a business trip. I can't say how great Deana was enough. When my company changed my schedule the day of my reservation, she changed the dates with no issue. She was extremely friendly, a great resource on the area, and happily helped with things that she had no obligation to help with. My girlfriend and I are so grateful. The room was clean, smelled good, and was comfortable for our 2 night stay. There's not a thing that could've made our stay better.

This is not against the hotel per say but about the poor customer service. I made a reservation for Dec. 28 online. I didn't look at the email until yesterday which said the reservation was for the 18th. I distinctly remember choosing the right date and, yes, it was nonrefundable. I called the company hoping they would be gracious. And, who's to say it was completely my fault? I talked to 3 different people, then told me to call directly to the hotel. Of course, they told me to call the company. No help. Goodbye Best Western.

Very nice brand new hotel! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Best thing about the hotel is a bank of EV car chargers in the parking lot. Highly recommend!
