My non smoking room smelled like smoke. Ok fine. Cash deposit when I check in. I checked out and forgot to go back for my cash. Who takes a cash deposit these days?! So I forgot it. But we paid by credit card. When I arrived back home in NY and called them after trying them all day without anyone picking up they said it's not our fault. So the cash deposit is a scheme to keep your money because no one physically checks out of any hotel anymore. Nice scam. You've been warned.
