Bentley Hedges Travel Service

I was recommended this agency from a friend. I called twice and left a message twice for a particular agent to call me back. I never received a call. Guess they don't need new business. Their loss got my Mexican vacation booked thru another agency.

We have had the best experience with Bentley Hedges! Carrie has been our travel agent for our honeymoon. We gave her a budget and told her we wanted an all-inclusive resort and she sent us tons of great options! We ended up going to Punta Cana with Secrets. It was amazing. Carrie was so easy to reach. She emails back quickly! We had some issues with American Airlines on our way back and she is still helping us with insurance/refunds and everything. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an agent to make your trip planning effortless!
