Beijing Restaurant And Bar

Excellent service, Family owned, clean, and friendly.We had sushi and it was among the best sushi I've had. We have been to sushi restaurants between Dallas, Texas to Fort Smith, Arkansas and I will definitely make sure to stop here when visiting family in the future!

I know I've posted here before, but it's been a few years so I would like to add a new review because you know how restaurants can go down after a few yearsBe careful looking at the menus that they have uploaded because many of them are wrong. We used to get hot soup here and they don't serve anymore. We used to get sweet-and-sour chicken and they don't serve it there anymore and they'll say they never served it but we've cut the menus and the pictures of it online so just be aware of that. As far as I'm concerned, we haven't gotten anything from there yet. I've tried several different sushi. I love their sushi and if there's something you want on your sushi, you can get it right there when you ask. I've had the hot spicy chicken, which was wonderful. My husband has said two or three different types of other chicken that were all wonderful. YAKI mandu is Great.The service is up and beyond what you'll normally get from some restaurants they're not intrusive, but they're there when you need them. The owner actually goes around to the table, sometimes checking on people if they're not too busy in the back that she has to help and sometimes they can be quite busy. The ambience, the ambience the ambience is wonderful. We walk into a nice clean place and the lights are not quite as bright as you would expect. There's a desk in front of a seating area to the left of you to Fire Mountain so you can get an idea inside. people are smiling and they offer you to be seated and walk in clean floors and the tables are really nice and they can get to a tableIt'squirt and easygoing. Would I say dare night? If you don't feel like dressing up and just want a nice restaurant to sit down and order a meal, then yes! If you want fancy, dress up, not really. I'm going out on a limb here. If you wanted something Special, I have. Feeling you could call and get it area Ged. I'm sure there would be a charge if it was something they don't do. But its always something to considerExx: you want to bring a surprise ccHe in with sparklers etc. I'd definitely ask here. That's how sweet I think these people are. The only fsukt I have with them is their menu. I'm going to uokias a new copy soon. Have fun.Edit: I got the Yam Yam sushi. I now have one I can say I don't like. Not their fault but yuck. It said fried cream cheese. The entire roll is friend with a crumb or panko bread crumbs on the outside. Not what I was expecting. My hus and did take out. 2 bites and I was done. Never again. those of you who like fried foods may enjoy it.

I have to update this review. It is truly sad the bad reviews and one star ratings. I mean, literally that can ruin a business. The family that owns and operates this business is a family of 3 that has gone through some hiring turnover. Their food is the best. We eat it literally every week. Our favorite part is the friendly family. We would recommend this restaurant to our closest family. In fact, we do bring our closest family here. Food is great, and the owners friendliness is even better. We LOVE this place!

Updating this review, to add that we have gone a second time! We've been in Lawton since last November, and we've eaten at maaaany restaurants. Beijing has been our favorite, hands down, thus far. The level of customer service is by far the best I've seen from anywhere in this city. The brother and sister who run this establishment are some of the kindest people, and I'm so happy we found this place. The food has been consistent, and delicious both times we've come. We've tried everything from the ramen, to the sushi, to the entrees, and I can confidently recommend it all. The restaurant is clean and very spacious, with plenty of parking, so bring your friends and family!

We had such an enjoyable experience tonight! The service was wonderful and our waitress was super sweet! We got the steamed dumplings and panda roll for starters and they were delcious! My husband had the combo lo mein, our son had the steak and shrimp hibachi, and I had the chicken bento box. All were delicious and flavorful! Definitely recommend and will be back!

I would like to give at least 4 stars for the service. The staff were super friendly and attentive. When we arrived the place was pretty empty and the menu was two pages pulled out of a binder. The menu on the pictures is not the same menu given. A lot of things they have dropped off their menu so I didn't get to try them. The food we did try should have been dropped off the menu. The chicken bulgogi was horrible. It didn't taste like bulgogi and the chicken itself had a funny taste. The fried rice, I really don't think we should call it that, was bland with no seasoning or really anything else. I did have the super crispy roll and it was delightful but that's all I can say. The prices are way over the top for the quality and serving size. Why is it so hard to find good Chinese in Lawton

First time there they were wonderful, this time not so much, unsure of why our General TSO tasted bitter, when cook was approached, we were cussed out, told to never come back and the Hostess said at least she was healthy, referring to my amputee son.

Bella Bot is the cutest kitty!!!! Great food, again. Salmon avocado roll, eel cucumber roll, nom nom nom.

We were harassed by a person we assume was the manager/owner. We were voicing our opinion to ourselves, about the 20% gratuity for a party of 8, but we all agreed to pay it and we all ordered our food. We got our drinks and appetizers and then this woman came to our table asking if we're were happy, and we all told her yes....but she kept on and on and on, not really being able to understand half of what she was saying. She kept asking if we were happy and would pay the 20% gratuity, for which we kept telling her yes. And she still kept on and on to a point where she was making everyone very uncomfortable and would not leave our table. 5 people in our party got up and walked out because at this point we didn't know what they would do to our food. She called for backup from the kitchen and said she was going to call 911 on us. All we wanted was to have a nice dinner with our friends...but we paid for our drinks and appetizers and walked out in awe of the treatment we were getting. This place was completely empty except for our party of 8.....now we know why. I have never in my life experienced something like this from a restaurant owner. Shame on them.

Just had THE WORST experience EVER! I'm not a local here to Lawton keep in mind. To start off- Everything was cordial and the waitress was nice. They gave me the wrong order and the wrong rice, which was okay! I tried my nieces chicken and told them "hey, it's okay I don't like the taste, so you can just cancel making the chicken." Keep in mind I'm pregnant and can't stomach certain foods at the moment. The cook then came out to the table and got in my face telling me how bad of a person I am and how she serves fresh food and started getting irate meanwhile I'm holding my 10 month old in my arms. She intimidated my niece (9y/o) into eating chicken right then and there and forced her to give her a hug (my niece only complied because she was scared) at that point she was calling me names telling me her name is Julie and that now I know who she is.. so I stated " we're done here, it's nothing personal" she kept on and so we all got up and went to pay. She then came out and forced my niece to take a to-go box of food that she didn't want again because she was scared of the lady being aggressive she took it. At this point we are at the check out counter being cussed out and called very nasty names by Julie the cook and the waitress. They proceeded to chase us and harass us while we were walking out of the business threatening our lives and calling me and my children names. All in all it was a very bad experience. The bathrooms are disgusting, the window seals and blinds are filthy, the smell is the smell of roaches and mice. Not to mention the very poor customer service! I provided a picture of them here that I took of them chasing us out the door. Please don't go here. Boycott this business. Please take your money and tastebuds elsewhere this place does not deserve any stars.
