A hidden gem! Spectacular service and food reminiscent of what one would expect from upscale restaurants in the 80's oil boom! The owners and staff have left no stone unturned in perfecting the dining experience. The complimentary peach hibiscus mimosas with fresh pressed juice are delightful. The salad was impressive. The entree was unbelievable. Filet fit for a queen, grilled duck breast was surprisingly tender and so flavorful, Alaskan halibut was fresh and cooked to perfection, who needs the sides?! We could not finish our entrees and were offered to-go containers. Dessert of lemon cake with vanilla mousse and blackberry sauce was enjoyed as a midnight snack and left us dreaming of this fabulous meal. Cannot wait to visit again!

Not sure how I haven't heard of this place before. Where else can you find a 10-oz prime filet, Alaskan halibut, and duck breast all on the same plate with sides and dessert for $75 (or less if you're a resort guest)? The menu is set each evening but apparently rotates so be sure to inquire when making reservations. The quality of each dish was excellent. The beef was on par with the better steakhouses in OKC. I'd prefer it plain but the light sauce with mushrooms complemented well. Doubt they would mind leaving it off if you were to ask. I rarely eat duck but this serving made me wonder why I don't have it more often. Halibut was fresh and well prepared. The portions were surprisingly large given they serve three entrées on your plate. Salad was good although it had watermelon chunks which I just pushed aside. We both chose a chocolate truffle brownie type dessert which was great even though we were stuffed by then. Next time I'd probably take it home for later. This isn't your typically stuffy prime steakhouse environment. It's nice but feels more like having a nice dinner service in the home of a friend. We look forward to another visit but will likely stay at the resort next time.

My wife and I stayed at Echo Canyon for our 9th anniversary. We ate here on Saturday night and were shocked with how delicious it was. The salad had mixed greens instead of iceburg lettuce and the dressing was very unique and savory. The steak was on par with Mahogany in Oklahoma City and the duck was exquisite. We absolutely loved our meal. The service was professional and friendly. We will be back.

This is an excellent restaurant, worth the drive for a romantic get away! The blackberry coffee cake is to die for! Worth every penny!

This lovely place is not easy to find. Off the beaten path, south of the park, but it is with the journey. They have pre-set dining times, so you need a reservation. This was our first visit here. The restaurant is in the Echo Canyon spa resort. We did not get a menu, instead they had a pre-selected menu for us that included prime quality aged fillet, duck and Halibut. Everything from the fresh puréed juice, to the desert, was terrific. Even the bread was exceptional. Portions were large. We couldn't eat it all. The staff was friendly. Service was spot on. I am very impressed!

My review is more informational. I just called to make Reservations but due to Covid, the restaurant is open only to guests staying at the Hotel/Spa. The general public cannot make Reservations or eat at the restaurant.
