Banana Thai kitchen

This service here is incredible. Very friendly staff and super helpful when it came to knowing what to order for people who aren't familiar with Thai cuisine like my friend who I came with. I let the staff member help my friend pick what she wanted and the server was very attentive and asked her what her likes/dislikes were, whether she liked spicy food or not, etc. The space is not that large, but big enough for a cafe style vibe and it's easy to get seated right away and served. This is definitely a more casual spot. Food: *Appetizer plate* My friend and I shared an appetizer plate with *Red Curry Chicken* I ordered the red curry chicken and ordered it a medium level spicy. This curry was so flavorful and had the right amount of spiciness and sweetness to it. The chicken was tender and the veggies were cooked perfectly. *Spicy Basil Noodles* my friend ordered this dish and ordered the highest level of spice and it was PRETTY spicy. Eating rice on the side helped and also sharing some of my food as well! Nevertheless, the flavor was amazing. *Mango Sticky Rice* this is my favorite dessert and I was looking forward to a nice summer dessert and this was it. Banana Thai Kitchen has some great mango sticky rice and they put a cute umbrella to garnish the dish.

Stopped here for lunch. Had the chicken pad Thai. Great service and a great meal. Perfectly cooked and you get to choose your spice level. Will be my new favorite spot. Price was $13.95 for the meal.

I have never really had Thai food and this place was a great start! The beef pad Thai was delicious. The food had incredible amount of flavor and great portion size. The restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly.

We came here for lunch on a Saturday just after they opened and were the only ones there until we were wrapping up our meal. I liked seeing some items on the menu that I hadn't noticed at other Thai places before! The server was very hospitable and made us feel very appreciated as their first customers of the day. While this place is a little out of my way to go on a regular basis, they are doing an excellent job and I hope they are successful in this location. It was also fun to watch the Asian food videos they were playing on the screens. Wonderful food and beautiful plating as well!

I have been wanting to try this new Thai spot and I'm so glad I finally did because it was delicious! I had the fried rice at the medium spice level, so tasty! Definitely try the cilantro sauce that comes with it. For lunch they serve a cucumber salad that has sesame seeds and fried onions on it. I loved all the flavors together! I look forward to trying more items on their menu!

Charming little hole in the wall in a small strip mall. Food was certainly fresh. Services was good. I wasn't blown away with flavor though. Everyone at the table felt it was good but not great.

Thaiii food!! So so happy we finally have one right on expressway! I was extremely excited to check out the spot! Interior is beautiful! They also have 8 tvs in there which is a bit extreme lol but it's really nice in there! Our service was slow but they were extremely nice. They def did their best to serve us while getting slammed with table tops. They only had one server in a Saturday night who ran the whole restaurant. I do think they probably need at least 2 to run the front with how much togos and people they needed to serve. It also sucks for the server who has to run allllll the way back to the kitchen. I felt so baddd cause the layout wasn't great for the server. Food wise! We order - beef drunken noodles 3/5 - massamam curry- 2/5 star. it was very coconuty and a bit too salty for my taste. Potatoes were a bit under - basil fish 4/5 this one was my fav dish out of all. This dish was also quite salty to me but I like the flavor. It's still a new restaurant that needs a bit of work and help! I'm sure they will be successful in the future. There's a lot of potential! For now this is opinion of the restaurant comparing to others. I'll be back once it's more established and hopeful my review will change in the foreseen future!

Brand new Thai restaurant in Bethany that opened for about a week since this review was written. The owners moved from Utah to open the restaurant in the current location. Location is great for Bethany area as there aren't any Thai restaurants in that area. The Thai iced tea was good. It had a good mixture of milk and tea, and not too sweet. The food was FAIRLY good, certainly not the best Thai food in OKC but good for enough for Bethany. The presentation was the best, but the flavors...well, it's subjectively debatable. The beef salad looked amazing but the beef was TOO over cooked. The sauce for the salad could more zesty/citrusy. I wish the beef could be more rare OR cooked with lemon juice. This is a personal though. Pad Thai was good. It tasted just like other pad Thai from other restaurants so I don't really have much to add. The restaurant had two workers but was fairly slow. This could be due to timing 4 PM on a Sunday. It's actually much bigger on the inside. It's the only Thai option for that area but for everyone else, I feel like there are so many other options available. Because of this, I probably won't go back due to the drive.

Banana Thai is excellent! We love so many of the Thai dishes. One of my favorites is the fresh and yummy salad! What a way to start a great meal!

Outstanding and supportive service. We came in after a long day at market. They helped us decide which menu items to have without it being too spicy. The staff even helped my mother which is a big deal for me since she had a broken wrist. I didn't notice she was struggling due to how amazing the food was. The atmosphere was exactly what we needed after a long work day. It wasn't too loud to not hear our conversation even with the music on. Thank you again for a wonderful meal experience!
