Bailey Brothers

We called for an estimate for a hot water heater and they came out the same day. They had wonderful communication from moment one. While on the estimate call, they were knowledgeable and helpful. We thought we needed a new hot water heater and it turns out, a setting was wrong. He made a quick change, presented options in case that wasn't the issue, and we never felt pressured. I had a hot bath today because of his honesty and we'll actually be calling them back for a larger reno job soon that we didn't even speak to them about today. I'll also add that they said they could install a new water heater today if needed. I saw other reviews about response time and our experience with them was excellent today. Perhaps they have a system in place and have corrected issues if there was one in the past. Thankful for honesty, great communication / follow through, and quick response time.

Bailey Brothers is Northstar Water Softeners service provider for Oklahoma City and the surrounding area. When Northstar called Bailey Brothers out to my house for a service issue with my water softener, Bailey Brothers did not know what to do when they came to my house. Their plumbers were completely clueless about how to service my water softener. Then, to make matters worse, instead of billing Northstar, Bailey Brothers billed me even though they are a service provider for Northstar and should have billed them. I would not recommend Bailey Brothers for any plumbing or HVAC issues, especially if they are listed as a service provider for a major appliance company.

Nice to find an honest company. I had need of a ac repair. Called another company. They came out and told me my unit was 14 years old and ran on the old refrigerant so dont waste money on fixing it. They recommended a $9000.00 new unit. Called Bailey Brothers for a second opinion and they sent out Michael. Turns out my unit was made in 2015 and did not need to be replaced. It did not use the old refrigerant and was still under warranty! Repair was $250.00. May God bless Bailey Brothers and my repair hero Michael. Honesty...its priceless.

Bailey' plumbing was courteous and professional, Aaron answered my emergency quickly and took care of the problem . Would definitely use again.Work was good, price was right, and employee was the best.R.Conerly

I felt like Aaron was dishonest about the work that was suppose to be done and I didn't appreciate it.

I don't understand the 2.5 stars because I've always had great service from Bailey Brothers since day 1. Never tries to over-sell a job and fixes what needs fixed. They will always be my first call when I need them.

It is sad that we don't have the job for a pipe re-route completed yet.We have been waiting since January 2023 for perfect weather conditions and the man power for them to come out to complete the job. We trusted in this company and have been seriously let down. We continue to be told we are on the schedule and will get a call to say they can come do this large project. We have not received any updates from them in months. I call to request the manager Jeff to call me back, and no courtesy return call os received.I am frankly shocked and disappointed mostly to have such unprofessional behavior. It is sad also because we used to have a good experiences with other smaller jobs they have done for us thought the years.

Has small amount of work done like replacing 2 pieces they showed up 2 hours late got finished with in 11/2 of work then sat and watched glue dry then it didn't so the water wasn't turned on had to comeback next day

After previous plumber supposedly fixed my leak and didn't bother to show up when I left a msg over the leak my cabinet and Sheetrock were left waterlogged.Bailey brothers showed up in a timely manner very professional fixed my leak .I'd recommend them

Came out twice to fix a leak, still hasn't been resolved. Never offered a refund, they just said the plumber who did the work is gone so it's not our problem. Sad!
