Bad Brad's B-B-Q

I only went through the drive thru one morning. Only one employee working, but he was working hard. Breakfast burritos were absolutely delicious. The smell of the brisket alone was mouthwatering. Definitely a good barbecue spot, at least for meats and great service.

I reached out to Bad Brad's according to the information at the bottoms of their receipt asking them to contact me in regards to the horrible experience that my family and I had when we ate there. I can tell you as of today 12/5/23 I haven't heard a word from them to resolve the problem. The sad part is that we were recommended this restaurant by my husband's coworker as a great place to have great barbecue and great customer service. Yeah not so much. Not only was the food highly disappointing and truly EXPENSIVE!! We spent over $80 for horrible barbecue. But we spent $80 for horrible follow up on how to fix the problem, which was zilch. And we spent $80 for poor customer service. It's not my husband's coworker's fault that the management doesn't care about their customers. It's the management's fault for not caring about their customers. Especially ones that just recently moved to the area about 4 months ago. Never in my life have I had such bad customer service, bad food and bad follow through. And like with anything when word gets around (which is why there are apps like Yelp) people start sharing their experiences to 1 person. And that person shares it to another 1-2, etc. and pretty soon everyone knows not to go to said place. Whether it's a restaurant or a retail shop. You get what you give. And we got nothing. I used to be a manager at a restaurant, and there is 0 way I would let something like this go unnoticed and not addressed. I would get reamed by my district manager or the general manager. I'm highly disappointed Bad Brad's. I would've at least expected some sort of communication. But maybe you just rest on your laurels on being the best barbecue place in Stillwater. Which you're not. We've since found somewhere else to eat that is better and way, way cheaper.

My wife and I love Bad Brads! The food is amazing. The staff is very friendly. I personally love the Street Tacos with Tri-Tips with beans and fried okra. The fried okra is to die for.

I ordered a city slicker potato today. I received a small potato and brisket. No cowboy beans or onions. It was ok, but not worth what they are asking for it.

The smoked chicken this afternoon was out of this world succulent with a very subtle smoke taste and moist. Vernon congratulations that was an excellent dish in house and leftovers.I look forward to more

Got carry out at 6pm, and waited for 20 min for the food. The meat on the sandwiches was "refrigerator" cold...not even room temp. The same for the baked beans, but the Cole Slaw was cold!. This is the third time I have had this problem, and the last. The first time this happened I returned with the cold food, and they corrected the problem, but it seems that "Bad Brad" doesn't care about serving "Bad" food...don't waste your money.

Overall it was good not my style of bbq but I am sure others enjoy it place is clean and I like being able to get your own drinks so you don't have to wait on someone

I was just there on 6/28/24 and I'm from Texas so first time going here and I can say the food was good. I ordered the nachos and they hit the spot. Maybe try putting the queso blanco on top

0 STARS!!! My husband and I just walked out of the place about 30 minutes ago, the service wasn't the best, and I only ordered a pulled pork sandwich, and it gets to the table and there's a longgggg beard hair that I pulled out of the side of it without even taking a bite of it yet. I waved a server over and all she did was walk over and turn around and walk off, what I'm assuming was the manager or owner walked over and she pulled her hair up as she walked over. I told her about the hair and all she said was "do you want a new sandwich?" After I get my new sandwich, what looked like the cook walked out of the back with a long beard and no hair net or anything on. If you plan on going here make sure to look at your food real closely. $37 dollars for 2 sandwiches and they couldn't even bother to put a hairnet on. Very sad.

Wasn't even that busy and told was an hour wait. Been here almost two hours and not even going to bother to wait any longer. Shouldn't take this long for some bbq. First and last time here.
