Unfortunately Backstage came recommended to me, but was the most difficult vendor to deal with for our wedding by far. We needed two (one-way) transfers for our wedding day. This should have been very simple, however there is no telling how many calls I made to get this arranged. Upwards of 20 (meaning actually speaking with Travis or Steve, NOT a voicemail). The week before our wedding I still had not received an accurate invoice or timeline and was told by Steve "they would get to it after this weekend." That was the last straw for me, and I think he could tell because I was then put through to another man who actually took the time to go through and correct the reservation. This took 30-45 min because of how badly it was messed up before.Luckily, the rides for our wedding were on time and no issues (that I know of at least). However I am VERY disappointed and fully regret using this service for our wedding.

I had my wedding on Aug 22nd and the itinerary I provided them had them picking up the bride and myself along with the groomsmen to the church on the morning of my wedding. I provided them with an update as far as time goes on when they should pick up the groom and the grooms party the day before.They decided to not pick up the bride and only picked up the groom and his party? I requested a refund for half of the limo charge since they only did half the job! but they refused and told me it was my fault! Please do not give these people your business, they are extremely unorganized and their customer service is horrible based on their response to my refund request.Find some other vendor for your needs that are more organized and established!

This limousine service was nice to deal with in the beginning but quickly went down hill. The limo driver sent very rude text messages to my friend because he felt he did not get a good enough tip. He let her know his feelings and was very rude in expressing them. Then the limo company decided to wait two weeks until after we used the limo to charge my account. As a result My bank account was overdrawn. I felt it was very irresponsible and inconsiderate to wait so long until my account was charged. I also called them to ask why they waited so long to charge my account. I left a voicemail and no one returned my phone call. Not a good experience and I would not recommend them at all. This company does not have good communication and they do not take ownership for their mistakes.

The driver was over a half hour late to pick up hotel guests for our wedding, and the company called me (the bride) instead of the wedding planner. We barely even got an apology. If I could give zero stars, I would.I'm glad this was the worst thing that happened on the wedding day, but there's no excuse for this lack of service and professionalism.

Booked in advance and had confirmation. No show! When I called they said they forgot. Wow. Unreliable. Never use again. When I went to confirmation email they don't list their phone number anywhere on the rez!

Our experience with Back Stage Limo was amazing. Start to finish I was totally impressed. On time and very professional from booking to drop off. If I ever need limo service again they will be the first call I make.
