I wish I could give zero stars. The sales people are fine, the service man is a horrible service representative. He had my wife's machine for months and would ignore her calls and misrepresent the facts when she would call. He was rude and even had her crying once. He best be glad I am a law abiding citizen.He told her it would be hundreds of dollars to fix her machine but would never order the supposed needed parts.I finally had enough and picked it up myself and took it to the sticking post. Literally 10 minutes later it was fixed with no charge.Simple warning, stay away from their service, it is non-existent.

Great follow up service, even a year after my purchase. The staff even remembered that I purchased the machine on my birthday. 5 stars!!!

I can not say enough great things about the people at B Sew Inn! I bought a Baby Lock machine from them a few months ago and absolutely love it! Had a strange issue that Baby Lock customer service had never encountered - even their tech support people were stumped. They suggested taking it back to my retailer, so a quick call to B Sew Inn and they agreed to have their technician look at it today (Friday afternoon!) so I ran over there. By the time I got there, the sales people had discussed my issue, and already pre-diagnosed the problem. They had me up and running in no time at all, and I still have the whole weekend to finish my project, which has a hard deadline of next Tuesday! This kind of product knowledge is the reason to buy from B Sew Inn. They stand behind their products because they KNOW their products. It is never just lip service. People say customer service is dead? Not at B Sew Inn!

B Sew Inn has one of the best service departments and sales associates anywhere. We take great pride in our customer service as well as the work done in our service departments. While we are human beings and not perfect we do everything we can to please our customers and make it right. Whoever this is that received unsatisfactory service from us, I would like to encourage to call us and give us a chance to make it right .with you.

Evidently, B-Sew Inn is not interested in "making good" a bad experience with their sloppy service department. The absolute ONLY reason why I'm writing this bad review is NOT because their service department failed to reconnect my Janome's lamp cable and also its button hole sensor cable to an internal circuit board, and NOT because I had to tear the machine apart and reconnect the cables myself, but it is because I explained this over the telephone and then they wanted their service organization to contact me, which happened, but neither B-Sew Inn nor the service organization offered to refund any of the money I had paid for the service, which obviously was not worth what they charged. It makes sense to me that if one does not get what they paid for (adequate technical service) then a portion equal to the bad service should be refunded. As far as I'm concerned, their service sucks and we will no longer have anything else to do with this company that is not interested in making good on bad service.
