Avia At The Lakes

My wife and I have lived at Avia now for 3 years. They have 3 ponds stocked for bass, crappie or catfish fising, 24 hour AMAZING fitness center (heavy bag, 70lb dumbells, up to 50lb kettle bells, TRX, ropes and a rig system,) car wash, dog wash and so many green spaces. Maintenance rocks! 24 hours like all the time. We also have a red doberman, who weighs 95lbs and NO BREED OR WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS! They also have a dogwash and 2 dog parks. My wife and I are buying a house soon, and will be sad to go. Thank you for the memories.

My wife and I lived here for a year. We couldn't wait to get out of our lease. Don't ever expect the gate to work even if they tell you it should be fixed soon. Poor management and overall, a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex.
