Aunties Soul Food

This is a spotless place in Midwest City On Douglas. Really cute inside.Love...Love the music playing. Puts you in a great mood and to sit and enjoy good food.You order at counter and pay.Several tables and some big booths.We spent $44 for the 2 of us lunch. Plenty of food on the Dinners!Chicken n Dressing (pay extra for cranberry sauce)Chicken n RiceGreens- goodYams-goodMac n cheese - goodWater is in a cup for $2.00 and no refills! Yes, I said no refills! Would be 5 stars if they had refills on water and the tea or cool aid.

I needed to feed 26 ppl. I called Aunties and talked to Miss Destiny she invited us in. I was not disappointed. Everything I had was delicious. The servers were polite and patient. I left with some strawberry shortcake which I will enjoy tonight. Thank you for an awesome experience. Oh and the old school music was on time.

Hubs and I tried this place. The staff greeted us warmly. The chicken and dressing were tasty. Big portions and flavor was good. We also ordered the oxtails that were so good, they make you want to slap your mama. The greens were cooked perfectly. The catfish is cooked just how I like it. Fried Mac n cheese will be a big hit. Straw short cake was served in a handy jar with a lid. Very tasty. Go get your eat on !!!

The food was too high she never tell me how much my bill was I handed her my credit card and my tax exempt and she threw a piece of paper on the table and said I don't take tax exempt didn't tell me or I would have left before she rang it up on my credit card the food was horrible was supposed to be in hot water cornbread and it was just baked cornbread in the oven and the collard greens was all stems and I called her after I contacted the Oklahoma tax commission and they said she has to take the tax exempt so I called her back she informed me her person told her she does not have to take tax exempt so there is a form that you can fill out at the Oklahoma tax commission this was the worst experience I have ever had and the food was not that good

Great Food! I love the staff and the food is excellent, I was going to eat some of my chicken and dressing and ended up eating it all! Will be a dedicated customer!
