Atomik Pop!

This place has an incredible selection of anime/manga goods as well as American comic book stuff as well. I got a wire holder from the anime Reincarnated as a Slime for less than I thought it would be. Many manga books (translated into English) as well as older issues of NewType magazine for sale. Assorted figurines and models available for sale, including one of Pochita from Chainsaw Man. Recommended!

I found Atomik Pop! While I was visiting OKC for a conference. As a local comic shop owner, I try to patronize local shops when traveling. It's important to support the community. I arrived near the end of the day, and I asked the one person working if there were back issues available. They had a small table. I asked for keys or silver and Bronze Age books. There was only one stack, mostly modern keys. I found one book I wanted to buy. The employee refused to sell it to me. While browsing the back issues I noticed the prices on some of the issues are way overpriced and honestly ridiculous. While I did leave buying a small stack, I would have purchased more if they weren't so overpriced.

If you want trades, they have them! Not much on back issues or classic books. Guy behind counter hasn't read a lot of recent books, so talking story lines was difficult.

Was amazing with my 11 year old son and helping him get the comics he was looking for even when they were hard to find. I liked he talked to him and took time to indulge his interest. It's part of collecting being able to share an interest. (Especially when mom doesn't quiet get it ) large selection and willing to order if needed.

Came in here to pick up some Star Wars comics, Joey was awesome and helpful and made us feel welcome with small talk. Im from LA and frequent some of the best Comic shops in the country, including Frank and Sons and this one is up there with them. Its a small cozy comic shop with a food selection. Will definitely come back!

A tiny place that can suck you into a black hole of awesomeness. The place is chock full of comic books, figurines, cards, etc. I used to beg my mom to bring me here once a week, and now that I'm an adult I can go wherever I want. It has fed my addiction to Joker comics and nerd paraphernalia. 10/10 would go again.

The place is small, but honestly it had alot of things i was looking for. Finding one of the Bone collectors editions sealed there was the highlight of the visit, sadly for me customer service has alot to do with whether i go to a place again or not. I had read the sign upon entering that the bathroom was for paying customers only, i planned to get stuff so i went and politely asked to use the restroom, while i had a few comics in my hand, he hardly looked at me and begrudgingly told me where it was. Afterwards i was looking at some of the Figures they had there and looked everywhere on it to find a price. After i didn't find anything i asked him how much they cost, he annoyingly said that they all had different prices and he doesn't know all of them by memory. There were about 40 figures there...i'm sorry but if you are running a small comic shop i expect you to know how much things cost. A regular came in (you could tell cause they knew each other by name) and this guys attitude was completely different. He was smiling at the guy answering all his questions and what not, in the end i felt a bit discriminated.It was a passing comic shop where i decided to stop and buy something before heading home back to El paso TX. Sadly i had horrible service and never intend on buying anything there again, much less recommend it to friends that live there or are visiting.

Don't let the outside fool you, they are open and have a great selection! Total hidden gem. Service is good, store is a little cluttered sometimes but I can't fault them too much for that, there's a lot to look at!

The store isn't the biggest and as a result doesn't have the greatest selection in the world, but the owner more than makes up for all of that. He was incredibly helpful even if he wasn't the most knowledgeable comic book reader in the world. He was incredibly friendly, great at making conversation, and gave me a good deal on a statue that I'd been searching for for quite some time. Overall, it's the ideal little hole-in-the-wall style shop. I will definitely be swinging by again the next time I'm in town and I highly recommend it to anyone.

A mistake was made on an order I made and the staff at Atomik Pop corrected it beyond my expectations. Will do business with them again. I am very happy.
