The tattoo ended up blowing out. I went back and a different artist "fixed" it for free (ofc there's not much you can do). I went back for another tattoo after and it healed great.

I did a walk in today and had the BEST tattoo artist. His name is Charly Reynoso. His work is absolutely amazing and he is amazing! He was so unbelievably respectful and kind. Very comforting. I will go and see him again. Do not hesitate a walk-in / appointment with him, he is the best!!

Took my daughter for her first tattoo, the artist was very professional. Charley I think his name was. They are very overpriced, but since it was her bday and a Sunday, I paid anyway. $350 for a 30 minute tattoo. The secretary was defiantly anything buy professional. Her and her friends gossiped the entire time and she acted like we was bothering her by wanting a service. I wish this artist would start his own tattoo shop elsewhere.

I walked up to the door and there were people outside and I was like I hope this is not the line. Then they asked me was I there for a piercing or a tattoo I said piercing and she said come on in after she put a ton of sanitizer on my hand. Isabel then asked me what kind of tattoo did I want? I told what I had in mind so she put that in her hand dandy computer and it didn't turn out right, then she tried something else. So then we discussed a few things to see if they would work before she put them in the computer. Isabel was very patient she spent at least 30 minutes with helping me design my tattoo. Plenty of people have the same tattoo but I wanted mine to be different. It took us longer to get the design than it did to get the tattoo. I tried to give Isabel a tip for all of her hard work and patience and she would not take it. Charly was very professional when he did my tattoo he asked me where I wanted it place then he put the stencil in place. I did not even get to finish what I was reading and he had mt tattoo done. Now that I keep looking at it I think I should have got the colored in. Thank you guys for being so great I look forward to seeing you in the future.

I had initially heard great reviews about this shop from friends & decided to take my husband in there to finally get him the tattoo he had been wanting. We booked with Thai since his portfolio looked decent in B&W online. After the consultation, we paid for a deposit after Thai said he could tattoo what my husband was wanting. Two weeks later we show up with him holding a design that looked like it came from Google Docs or Canva. It was far from what he said he could do at the consultation & he spent no time creating his mock-up, which should at least capture his "12 years" of tattooing skill set. He was unprofessional and unwilling to alter the design or even meet in the middle for some compromise. As an artist you have to have the ability to set aside your emotions and create something that makes the client happy - especially if you say you can do it in the first place! Very disappointed from a fellow artist. Tattoo artistry gets such a bad wrap for being unprofessional or messy, and this situation confirmed that stigma.

I did a walk-in on Saturday and got in right away. The front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. Ben was my artist and he did an amazing job! He was super nice and chill. Also very professional and listened to what I wanted. I love my new tattoo and highly recommended this place!
